Time for Alicization Dividing!
Wow just finished Volume 15 , though it be really neat to see how far the animators goes about adapting the scenes (every week feels like an adrenaline rush to the top of the tower, which is rather realistic). Though to be fair it’s really hard to convey internal monologues of characters (despite alot of the thoughts that take up a majority of the novel without overly dragging out an episode like 200+ episodes) that from a lore perspective goes by through their heads under heavy adrenaline/subconsciously over a couple of seconds in real time at very critical moments (especially under combat).

And now we wait for the title to change…or remain as Rising for the next 10 episodes. Oh well. Still, great episode, love the animation of the Fragrant Olive Sword. Can’t wait to see Kirito and Alice’s dialogue

Time for Alicication Dividing! Now let’s hope that the show directors didn’t _divide_ reamianing vital plotlines in half so much as they _divided_ Eugeo’s lunch box in half for all the scenes he didn’t shoot[IWTD].

I think the reason why they dropped some stuff is because the fight scene. They made it drawn out( in a good way), but it left some other things in the novel to be brushed over.

Fun Fact #2: Kirito’s GGO Avatar was originally drawn with breasts. The reason for this was so abec wouldn’t think of him as male while designing him. After the final design, the breasts were erased.

I really liked this episode
Especially when Kirito almost said Elevator xD
But also when Kirito was saying all of those things about Fanatio, like falling in love. That was sweet, even if a part of my brain was like “Kirito, she’s an A.I… oh who am I kidding ?? you save that A.I Kirito xD “
But I have to agree with some of the comments, Eugeo could have frozen Alice’s sword as well or could have just run over to them than walking but hey if he did those thing we wouldn’t have gotten that cliffhanger at the end 🙂

Time for Alicization Dividing. The fight scene with Alice was exactly as I envisioned it to be, with Alice overpowering Kirito. So much in fact that I really liked it because it showed how powerful Alice was. But animation quality dropping on some scenes, and the anime not focusing on Eugeo made this episode worse in my opinion. I hope that they focus on more Eugeo in the upcoming episodes because it already makes me want to reread at least from Rising again just for Eugeo scenes.

It’s sad to hear than so many scenes were cut out, but I’m wondering whether it’s the disadvantage of anime genre itself that the Producers don’t have a choice but to miss some scenes, dialogues and other cool stuff which is contained in LN

Everyone wondered how Alice was "brainwashed" then here I am wondering, if she is the same age as Eugeo then why does she look like she’s 5-6 years older than him?! She may be older or younger (I forgot) but she shouldn’t look like that much of a difference.
