Insane theory, what if the Attack Titan was initially the ‘Future’ or ‘Profit’ titan, but with Eren’s influence at a critical point was able to convince the original holder of the titan, via a critical incident or Eren being the last Attack Titan, that his path is right and all other holders are ‘attacking’ there way to that future. It would also explain why the Attack Titan never took a side, either because his side doesn’t exist yet or by following Eren’s influence of not being a slave to anyone. I mean, the beginning of chapter 1 does say ‘to you, 2000 years from now,’ so… Well that’s my two sense, and I hope you enjoyed my ted talk, BYE!

I think eren will become the devil and years later after everyone’s died a little girl will come up to him and ask him for an exchange. Hell have a whole titan dream sequence and after thinking about everything hell turn to the girl and say "no" which changes everything and it cuts to eren and everyone that’s survived and ends the series with eren holding his child thinking about how he did it and then he says "you are free" that’s just my thoughts though

Just a fan theory, but plz hear me out…
When they were going down the memory lane, it was pretty obvious that Eren was the one in control. Whenever a scene of not much significance would play out, Eren would say "Next memory" and he stopped to look back at those memories which were important. This shows that he wasn’t wasting any time. He showed Zeke how he manipulated Grisha into killing the Royal Family. Then, Eren did say that they haven’t yet seen the memories from the time Eren ate Grisha. I bet something must’ve happened there. Eren would’ve definitely manipulated Grisha into giving his younger self the Attack Titan. There could be other important reveals too.
You all might remember the scene from the forest when Little Eren had eaten Grisha and was crying, holding Grisha’s spectacles in his hand, saying "UTOSA??".
Now just imagine, the present Eren was standing there, watching his younger self. Little Eren would see Older Eren’s reflection in the spectacles and then say, "UTOSA??". If that would happen it would really give me goosebumps. Note that the present Eren looks similar to Grisha without spectacles.

I have an interesting theory,
Anyone else notice how Eren, Grisha, and Zeke do all have pointy ears, chin, teeth, and nose during their state of their titan form? However, Eren seems to have more of these features than Grisha and Zeke. You might be thinking, oh what’s this got to do with anything?
Well remember the appearance of the devil who gave Ymir her titan powers? The devil seems to look A LOT like Eren’s titan form if you were to compare them. I have a theory that Eren has something to do with the Devil or is possibly the devil himself and this just makes bigger questions about the origin of Eren/the devil or even how Titans were actually made.
Also notice how Zeke and Grisha also have similar features (in their titan form) as the Devil. This could also be another possibility that the Jaegers could be descendants of the devil. I’ve been thinking about this for a long time.

One thing a lot of people overlook is if Eren really was pulling the strings how was he able to inherit the Attack Titan if Grisha never pulled through in stealing the Founding Titan? Did Grisha first fail and had himself eaten by Eren then Eren influenced the past to change the present?

but this, Eren himself who write the story, Isayama have no power.
