Bei den golems wäre es echt nützlich, eine Markierung sehen zu können, wo sein Schlag auftreffen wird. Sozusagensagen eine Schlagradius Markierung. xD

You know the golem can ‘fit’ in one block wide holes right? Also I prefer to just use the pot for large bodies of water, just take a bundle of blocks to build straight up, use pot, dig back down, continue using pot, only bring the golem out after removing all water upto to non-buildable area, then do your walls

If I want to destroy ground, I use crumbling sand from the stump and replace the ground with the trowel, takes mere seconds to reach the bottom most layer

Does the golem destroy more blocks than the bombs?

Thanks for this! I was feeling like even the large buildertopia islands aren’t that large, so this certainly helps!

Ahoi there, useing the lava to get a block layer straight on the water is a great idea. I’ve never thought about it. I used to expand in a one block layer above sea level, just to have a flat survace to build on, what made cellars and the irigation system for the farms a bit tricky^^ And I didn’t hade the binoculars at first, ’cause I didn’t knew what exactly they do (and I didn’t wantet to complete all table targets -.-”). So it was a funny saturday evening, spending three hours puting down gras blocks. This was the time I leard how to use the switch controler with one hand 😀
PS: just caught my mind, wath happens if you poor out lava straight under water, or is it impossible to do so?

I spent dozens of hours flattening the main island with my golem, literally building a city with roads, street lights, apartment blocks etc

I’ll have to make a video on it soon!

Why not use iridescent island buildertopia? you can remove the lava with the pot since you carry it with the pot. You have much lower "sea level" on that island allowing you to build like the towers that naturally appear on it. Those towers can be taken down with the golem if you can get him to climb up to the top and mine them down.

Lol seeing the missed shots with the golem really makes me wish they had a target like you get with the big bash attacks. Even if you just had to hold it for a second to see where your aiming

Sure, every time you punch holes in the walls, everyone likes it.
When I do it, I get an eviction notice :D.

If you are going to remove everything down to the buttom, why fill in the area? The earth wall to keep water out and mark where the hole is gonna be I get, but filling in the area seems redundant.
Ps thx for many good dqb2 vids.

I’ve been doing a big build on a Laguna Perfuma island because I thought it would probably be big, it’s mostly flat, I liked the flowers and it was fairly simple to get a square island generated which I needed for what I was going to do with it. How does that compare in terms of build height and depth and overall size?

is coping some parts of ground with blueprints to let people work for you a good idea?

Other question: why do you terraform with a ground under sea level? like 8 block down the sea level

For pouring the lava, I actually have a pencil blueprint set that handles the spacing for me to save on the counting. It’s just two blocks and the pre-measured gap between them.
