Welcome to PART 1 of my Dragon Quest Builders gameplay walkthrough for Playstation 4 (PS4 / Vita). When the Dragonlord casts an evil spell that erases any memory of building & releases monsters across the DQ1 land of Alefgard, our hero must rebuild the world to save its people. A fusion of Minecraft & Terraria with some great innovations, this new action-adventure RPG game lets us explore & create as we see fit within the classic Dragon Quest series.     It would’ve been kinda cool if this still had the usual turn-based Rpg battles, would’ve made it a bit more different from all the other games of this type. But I’ll give the demo a shot.

    SPOILER: Now, it makes sense! The characters were saying that the protagonist was no hero because he sided with Dragonlord in Dragon Quest. He then betrayed the lord, and the lord cast a spell to plunge the world into darkness and killed him. So, Dragon Quest: Builders takes place after Dragon Quest after the bad ending.

    Okay so I built the storeroom, but Pippa doesn’t recognize it and keeps asking me if its done. But I already built it, even got the 450 points and when I enter it says storeroom, so wtf.

    I played the demo and I am so excited that we get a bit of character creation in the full game. that was pretty much my only concern.
