Welcome to my Dragon Quest Builders Gameplay series or simply Let’s Play Dragon Quest Builders! It’s like Dragon Quest Minecraft! I’m going to be going through the demo of the game to get a feel for what to expect and share the experience I have with you guys. The game takes place in the land of Alefgard where people have forgotten how to build and it’s my job to teach them and rebuild the kingdom!

I would be building an outer perimeter wall with the Cantlin Shields and redoing the city with a stairwell in between the outer Cantlin Shield wall and the main city walls to redo the entire city 😛

Wait does this mean you can never go back to caitlyn? What happens if you select caitlyn chapter again from the main menu? Do you visit the caitlyn city you have built or does it put you right in the beginning?

I agree that you need to level the town completely and figure out where the monsters spawn so as to avoid what happened before! Great Series I’m loving this, more please?!

Next time your in a chapter or in Terra and want to return to the main menu, press X, go to misc, and select return to menu.. Everytime you went to the mini menu I was like screaming at my phone hit misc hit misc lol

I love the series, the only problem being that the episodes are too short and I cant wait so i’ve gotta watch other youtuber’s videos about the game but noone else reads and follows the story line and they are all boring as hell..Can you consider doing a bit longer episodes please? Cheers!

Did anyone else notice how Rolo changes how he says things during the entire chapter? At the beginining he says things like "bombous belly" and other things that make it appear that he is somewhere between well nourished and fat, but later on he says things like "slender fingers" and "slim belly". Is he just losing a bit of weight or are you guys acually starving?

To get the pixels to make the blocks you have to find the sabre-cub to jump on the monsters to get pixels. Neat information!

i know you don’t like spoilers but just few small ones like there is only 4 chapters and in chap 3/4 get a bike you can attack people with. also just small recommendation for town 2 and 3 try to have a few entrances because the bosses could knock you out the walls without destroying them first and so can go from one side to other faster.

I gotta admit, it kinda pisses me off that we go through a bunch of shit to build the city, only to not be able to come back or keep all the stuff we acquired through hard work and mildly irritating missions.

Build a trench around the city that is 3 deep and 2 wide, and eventually place spikes in the bottom.

Heres a couple more tips Z!
In the menu under settings you can return to main menu instead of having to close the app.
Each chapter has a "Complete within X amount of days" So its best to beat it as fast as you can then reload the save and beat
all the other quests to unlock stuff.
Save often and always save before going into the light after fighting a boss because it ends the chapter,that way you can reload and still build your town up in that chapter if you want to.
