Dragon Quest XI: In Search of Departed Time will launch for PlayStation 4 and 3DS on July 29 in Japan.
Square Enix also confirmed that Dragon Quest XI‘s story will take about 50 hours to clear. With side elements included, the game should last more than 100 hours.

ewww… wish they went with a more cell-shaded look like dragon quest 8 and ninokuni. That aesthetic is much more suited to DQ than this weird 3D anime look.

One of the best JRPG I have played so far, Character design 10/10, Graphic 10/10, Story 10/10, Music 10/10. Definitely one of the best JRPG experience. For one who love JRPG, totally recommend to play it. English version will release on Sep 4, 2018.

Hopefully it’s better than VIII. Amazing game for lots of reasons, but lacking in a lot. Just played through it a month ago for the second time. God it’s fucking awful, I don’t know why I loved it as a kid. I guess I failed to see lack of real character development, and how terrible the cut-and-paste story was. A decade later, lets see what they give us.
