Tour around all my towns – Dragon Quest Builders
Tour around all my towns – Dragon Quest Builders
Hello guys, here I have another Dragon Quest Builders video for you guys. This time, I am touring all my towns from all the chapters. The main reason why I decided to show them was so that it could help for inspiration for others. I am very grateful for all the comments and support on my DQB videos so far, so I have decided to start getting my viewers more involved. i will try to experiment with requests and see how it goes.
Anyways, hope you guys like it 😀

Really nice towns! Gotta hurt when the enemies destroy stuff though. Especially the last enemies which jump over your town and destroy any tall buildings. :S

For cantlin I would recommend using obsidian because it is unbreakable and looks cool with the hay floor.

From what I’ve noticed, there’s a number of things you could optimize.
For Cantlin, it feels a tad bland. Just stone walls and floors with small rooms and a lot of unused space. Also, wherever you have access to Obsidian you should definitely use it. It’s practically indestructible. Only the giant cyclops monsters can break it from what I’ve seen. So it makes excellent material for bordering walls.
For Rimuldar, I like the style you’re going for but too many unnecessary buildings only leaves the town feeling cramped, likely why you built outside the town border.
For Kol, same as Rimuldar, focus on necessity before spreading out. Unlike Terra Incognita, you’ve only so much to work with. Fewer beds, maybe make some rooms larger, and try using materials from Galenholm.
I honestly don’t have much to say about Tantegal. I guess maybe put rooms in their intended spots, then build a second floor. The design you have looks much nice than the one I made
