Lilith isnt cannon in the Christian bible, but she does come from Jewish myth which we all know Christianity just ripped off. Along with pagan cultures which you’ll find references to her dating back even earlier. As we all know if you aren’t christian your gods, or even ideas, are clearly evil right?

Grasshoppers and locusts were feared back in the day. A swarm could set in and devour your crops leaving you with a damn rough harvest. They were seen as evil in much the same way flies were viewed as evil by spreading sickness.

Again I hate to bring up hell-taker but I did not know that Azazel is a real thing as well. Funny enough kind of sort of they got it right the way that they painted it though in this waifus case in this game is that she was supposed to be taking notes about what hell is like and she just joined them and then I think there was a fan game made where you see All of them in the future where she now becomes the new CEO of Hell apparently Lucy (aka Lucifer) was her maid in that game but she hated it. I don’t think it’s Canon though

Lilith is not directly mentioned in the Torah. However, in Isaiah 34:14 (using the Complete Jewish Bible), it does mention Lilith: "Wildcats and hyenas will meet there; and billy-goats call to each other;
Lilit [the night monster] will lurk there and find herself a place to rest." In later versions, Lilit is replace with either screech owls or night creatures. I thought y’all would find this interesting.

Lilith is not named durning the creation story but there are 2 mentions of people being created in Genesis. The first one says that man and woman were created from the dirt and the second is the the creation of Eve from a rib of Adam.
