Spirited away is my favorite movie I tell u when I was only 5 this movie made it self to look so interesting and weird that it give so many vibes I love the way the lil girl made a friend with one monster they both look so cute together 😊

Actually castle in the sky wasn’t the very first Movie that Miyazaki made that owner was a movie in 1984 way before steel Ghibli founding that that honor goes to nausicaa of the valley of the wind.

For me, princess mononoke is number one. I totally forgot about grave of the fireflies. It was so sad. That’s the only film i wouldn’t rewatch. It would be too much of an emotional rollercoaster.

I think From Up On Poppy Hill might be my favorite Studio Ghibli movie, all the characters are so lovable. And all the boys working together make for some good humor.

this studio..is just so…transcendant. every movie, is a hit. Theyre full of passion, love…imagination, wonder, and that sort of charm that either just makes you smile the whole way through, or emotionally scars you even as an adult because of how heartbreaking it can be (looking at you fireflies) i think that if there is such a thing as magic in the real world…its everyone’s very first studio ghibli movie. doesnt matter which one it is. its just..that powerful.

Well… They re-released Nausicaa a few months after the studio was officially created, and it did even better, so yeah it still counts.
