I’m just surprised the audience did not rage because of the forfeit.
October 27, 2019 @ 6:59 am
Bloody lion guy is giving me serious bryan hawk vibes

Fate/stay night Movie: Heaven’s Feel came out plz do review
October 27, 2019 @ 7:01 am
the way the camera spinned when they ere beating the shit out of each others made me nut
October 27, 2019 @ 7:01 am
The same people that said this fight was simple are the same people who put sugar in their tea.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:01 am
the fuck u mean it was simple? it is fucking boxing not mma! most of the things are happening in changing the angle of the punch by a bit…this isnt hajime no ippo which btw is by favorite boxing anime but it sucks in the manga nowadays
October 27, 2019 @ 7:06 am
The fight animation itself still feels slow and clunky. I love the animation style but this fight i was waiting for some good fight sequences and it just wasnt there. It was off.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:07 am
"The more he’s hit, the stronger he gets."
October 27, 2019 @ 7:08 am
Funny how that one guy in the crowd told Joe to fight like a man…dude is fighting without gear lmao
October 27, 2019 @ 7:09 am
Gg
October 27, 2019 @ 7:09 am
Anyone realize the Aragaki’s coach was name “Coach Miyagi“, just like the original Karate Kid’s coach. It might just be a coincidence, but I don’t know.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:12 am
Best fight so far! I’m thinking he’s gonna need gear soon though or he’s gonna get killed.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:13 am
Thoughts on this match?
October 27, 2019 @ 7:13 am
This entire episode was exciting, emotional and awesome! Cant wait for more 🙂
October 27, 2019 @ 7:14 am
There was a beautiful camera rotation in Piano Forest. Looked freaking amazing.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:16 am
Let’s give Joe a bit more credit, not so much to the prosthetic legs. Joe took more beating than my 10 incher and that deserves recognition.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:18 am
The animation was gorgeous, the soundtrack amazing, as always, and the fight was good and the feels almost got me.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:19 am
How old is Joe?
October 27, 2019 @ 7:21 am
The one thing that iam afraid of is
*SPOILER NOT JK*
Is for joe to die just like in ashita no joe , what made this is the fact that EVERY EPISODE TITLE has dead in it litterally !ex "not dead yet" , "the road to death" etc lol
October 27, 2019 @ 7:21 am
Those people are just let down because it wasn’t flashy enough. Those are shallow people. Don’t pay them attention.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:21 am
If Joe didn’t exist, Aragaki may be the MC of this series.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:21 am
The only thing that I could complain about this episode is that their punches didn’t seemed to have much strenght at all.
It felt very slow actually ‘-‘
October 27, 2019 @ 7:23 am
I feel like this is how the Luffy and Katakuri’s fight should have concluded. I know I’m gonna be in the minority on that.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:23 am
This show art and animation reminded me so much of Hajime no Ippo.
I’m 90% sure that it’s the same animators or studio that have done Hajime no Ippo.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:23 am
2 words: oh my…….?
October 27, 2019 @ 7:25 am
this episode was about the main character beating up a crippled war veteran suffering from sever PTSD 🙁
October 27, 2019 @ 7:27 am
The gear in this show is honestly kinda stupid….Loving the show, but come on. Boxing is dangerous enough as it is, but now Joe is getting hit with 3 times the force of a regular punch and getting back up?
October 27, 2019 @ 7:30 am
This was a great and intense fight and I loved the back and forth action. Best episode of the series so far ??
October 27, 2019 @ 7:32 am
Dam dude this is one anime that I’ve never seen a negative comment about
October 27, 2019 @ 7:32 am
Chibi!!!! You should check out Magical girl site again. It’s gotten really interesting!
October 27, 2019 @ 7:33 am
I teared up at the bit when he had to give up boxing. You could tell that it meant a lot to him! The animator’s and voice actors are doing an amazing job
October 27, 2019 @ 7:33 am
it was probably the best ep thus far but I think the fight should have been more fast paced.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:34 am
How interesting all eps have die, dead,or death in it.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:34 am
U mentioned that u didn’t know who was gonna win, same thing in haikyuu with karusuno vs aoba johsai round 1
October 27, 2019 @ 7:36 am
That was the best episode yet. I really like how they focused more on Aragaki and making us empathize with him all throughout this fight. I know that I said that I have to root for Joe last week, but they made it really hard showing what Aragaki had to go through (and even contemplating suicide).
Some tears were shed in this episode ngl because these kind of backstories just get to me.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:36 am
For the better tomorrow. Tomorrow’s Joe. Ashita no joe
October 27, 2019 @ 7:37 am
I loved the fact that the dog’s name was carpe diem; this name both references the overall imagery of dogs in the series and giving Aragaki a reason to seize the day without thinking about the future.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:44 am
I really enjoyed this episode, the tension and suspense (with the trailing tragedy of Aragaki’s backstory) was just very well set up and executed. I enjoyed the ending of the fight because within the context of the overall situation it makes sense.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:46 am
Or they do an Arc where MC loses and then after there’s the training arc… then the MC never loses again lol
October 27, 2019 @ 7:46 am
This was a dog fight… Kinda works actually… My favorite episode yet.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:47 am
Need the entire OST. It’s one of the best I’ve heard in a long time.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:47 am
Fight of the year
October 27, 2019 @ 7:48 am
Camera work was amazing
October 27, 2019 @ 7:48 am
Expected to rlly like that epsiode but Damn i am dissapointed
October 27, 2019 @ 7:49 am
i loved this episode
October 27, 2019 @ 7:51 am
I would say in the beginning of the close up fight it was very slow but then the hits got more and more intense
October 27, 2019 @ 7:53 am
There were some moments that looked like rockem sockem robots. They were just stationary when boxing has much more foot movement and dodging involved but it picked up a lot at the end.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:53 am
I have to be honest, If Joe fights against that..Bloody Lion(?) without gear it won’t be realistic.. bloody lion is a heavyweight with gear that makes him a monster
October 27, 2019 @ 7:55 am
This was an awesome episode. I like that the kid (their name and gender escape me), is the morale center of the group. They once again helped reason to be seen and get the old man to get out of his funk so he could actually coach proper.
I think that Joes going to face some one with a single digit next (if he remains the underdog); or some one that was 25th to 20th range if he is not meant to be the underdog next.
October 27, 2019 @ 7:57 am
You going to review Heaven’s Feel movie? It’s out.
