    Imperfect Cell was the best form. That version was smart, efficient, and never got too cocky. After he absorbed 17, he just turned into a bootleg Frieza/Vegeta; He boasts like a badass when winning, but cries like a bitch when losing.

    My favorite version of Cell is his second form, not for the character, but because Android 17 is gone and Android 18 still gets to have her voice be spoken, and Android 16 is also still alive during that. Plus, the fact of the matter is that second form can still absorb people, so that’s something.
