I was just so amazed at how amazing this season is. Throughout the entire episode I was literally shaking with excitement. The way everything is going is just so great and I am really loving the pacing. I also noticed that by the end of the episode, my heart was beating so fast I had to just lay down and calm myself lol. Oh and expect some fanmail and fanart coming from Canada some time soon.

their mistake on sao1 affects phantom bullet, i mean we should know already kirito is not that op from the start, and we should know kirito killed 3 ppl, and we should feel his emotions, trauma, feels, personality etc. from sao1 i want them to remake sao1 with gun gale online treatment, but i dont want to see fairy dance anymore…

Very well paced episode. I actually felt the tension that kirito felt when he was having those flashbacks. The last anime that made me feel this tense was HxH. Thanks for the awesome reviews as always Chibi!

He clearly has host connection. So when she shot it lagged because the connection in the Hospital is as good as McDonalds. so there was a host migration and was able to slice the bullet. SCIENCE…

If Shinon falls in love with Kirito it will DESTROY her character and I will be pissed. I love SAO! BUT one thing that annoys me is the fact that every single girl wants to f*** Kirito!! OMG! I really hope Shinon isnt added to that huge list of girls!

Ahhh.. This was sooo epic.. Geez, this was crazy.. Really content to see this flashback for Kirito and his involvement with Laughing Coffin’s defeat. I really did not know they actually did something about Laughing Coffin during the First Arc. Really interesting episode. Seeing Kirito have somewhat of a mental breakdown after his meeting with Death Gun and the effect of Death Gun actually being a member from Laughing Coffin.
Just seeing Kirito transporting to those battles and his craziness when fighting. Then his duel with Sinon and the tension in the air, Sinon’s thoughts about Kirito’s *plan* to fight against her. Was a very enjoyable scene to see all that go down and then *_Sliceeeee_*. Kirito even amazes Sinon. They are very alike with the similar traumas they have, so it was an interesting watch seeing Sinon come to that realization about Kirito and her.
Ahhh, poor Kirito.. I never knew about that Laughing Coffin event. I always wondered whether or not they ever dealt with them in the end before the First Arc came to an end.
Also… Seeing Kirito and Sinon interacting together like this has me feel like there might be trouble, romanticwise. But, who knows.. I am not really worried about it.

I’m pretty shocked on how I’m enjoying this season. I thought the first season was over hyped and stupid. BUT NOW! It’s soo good. I was a bit sceptical coming back to SAO, but now I regret nothing XD DAT KIRITO CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT DOE!!!!! FINALLY!!!! I was screaming at my laptop going "YESS YESS YESS FINALLY OMG" I can now Fanwoman to SAO :3

one thing they did not show was the time taken for each match. Sinon’s matches were about 1 hour if i correctly recall. it would have been good to see it because the fighting style of sinon would be understood better.

Kirito was able to dual wield because it was a skill given to the player with the fastest reaction time. It’s said in the first season of SAO in Ep. 14. That’s why his reactions are so good in GGO

i get the reflexes, but still, she is like a meter infront of him, with a hecate, so matter how good your reflexes are, there is no way you can do that?
yeah, i guess it’s a game… but he will never be defeated will he? which means there are so stakes in this game for him, because nothing will happen to him. so there is no tension, because Kirito will always win

I’m loving SAO 2. I don’t know why some people dont like other series than the original SAO, it maybe because they’ve read the Light novel but i love the series as a whole. Especially this season, i think it’s been done like a masterpiece. Every single minute of every episode is appropriate and It still amazes me every time I want to keep coming back for more. Btw does anyone know how much material is in Light novel? will this be the last arc or is there alot more to cover. no spoilers pls ^^

Thank god Kirito is not as stupid as Saito (Zero no Tsukaima) to kiss a girl when he has someone else. This is why I like this anime because the characters make the right choices. I am glad I checked SAO. I watched S1 and S2 for one day. I thought nothing of SAO. But now this is on my top WATCHED series with Shakugan no Shana and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzymia.

I feel like you shouldn’t keep your hopes high. It is because of how they could change some parts that is not in the light novel. For example Sachi and Kirito were in a relationship but the anime made it seems they were just friends. They were known for "Two black cats licking each others wounds". Saying that Sword art online 2 is good but there is a chance they could fuck up again.
