October 9, 2018 @ 11:17 pm
I do like the movie but sadly it’s has a few flaws!
October 9, 2018 @ 11:19 pm
Princess mononoke is one of the greatest animated movies ever made.
It’s that simple.
Great review!!
October 9, 2018 @ 11:24 pm
wow i watched it today in a huge movie theater for the 20th anniversary and it was literally tthe best experience in my life.
October 9, 2018 @ 11:26 pm
Beautiful review! The animation had me in tears.
October 9, 2018 @ 11:27 pm
I honestly don’t like Miyazaki movies. Any of them.
October 9, 2018 @ 11:27 pm
Showed this to a friend who had never seen anything anime. He was blown away
October 9, 2018 @ 11:27 pm
Oh yay, MissART!
October 9, 2018 @ 11:28 pm

October 9, 2018 @ 11:29 pm
If my local theater is playing this film…. I’m gonna go watch it. Although I already have it on DVD
October 9, 2018 @ 11:29 pm
So Nature turns into Asphodel from Dominions 4. Got it. xd
October 9, 2018 @ 11:30 pm
why is this video in your channel if you are not reviewing?
October 9, 2018 @ 11:31 pm
My 2nd favorite film by Hayao Miyazaki. Just try to guess what my number 1 is.
October 9, 2018 @ 11:33 pm
To me, this is the first film I was introduced to Studio Ghibli itself. After seeing this again, after 7 or 6 years, I still think this is really good in an entertaining way possible.
October 9, 2018 @ 11:35 pm
honestly *and don’t hit me with a brick* I didn’t like princess mononoke that much. it was beautiful but when I watched I was kind of let down. I also think nausicaa was done much better tbh and think the message and story was conveyed much better.
October 9, 2018 @ 11:37 pm
PG 13??? I watched this movie when I was in junior kindergarten, at least one a week. Comes to prove how good of a movie Princess Mononoke is. ?
October 9, 2018 @ 11:38 pm
i watch your reviews to hear YOU speak tony, not just open the vid to see you let someone else "take the reins" again and again. starting to sound like a broken record when you do it repeatedly
October 9, 2018 @ 11:38 pm
princess mononoke is my second favorite studio Ghibli film my first favorite studio Ghibli film is Spirited away
October 9, 2018 @ 11:40 pm
The English Dub of the movie was written by Neil Gaiman.
October 9, 2018 @ 11:43 pm
Honestly BlackCritcGuy i came to watch you’re review, cause i wanna see your humorous perspective.
October 9, 2018 @ 11:45 pm
2:44
uh… John DiMaggio only voiced one character, Gonza, not one billion
October 9, 2018 @ 11:45 pm
Thanks again Tony for the collab!! ^__^ Princess Mononoke FTW!!!
October 9, 2018 @ 11:47 pm
This is one of few S.G films I haven’t seen yet and after watching this review, I need to fix that immediately!
October 9, 2018 @ 11:50 pm
I didn’t know this was pg 13. I watched this with my sister when she was 8. Does that make me a bad sibling?
October 9, 2018 @ 11:51 pm
Is that an Amaterasu tshirt I see?
October 9, 2018 @ 11:54 pm
I finally got around this great movie and I loved it. Though, Sword of the Stranger is still my personal favorite Princess Mononoke is right up there with it.
October 9, 2018 @ 11:54 pm

October 9, 2018 @ 11:54 pm
How about a Top 5 things go expect in a Hayao Miyazaki film list, Tony?
October 9, 2018 @ 11:55 pm
I can never stop listening to the soundtrack of this movie, it’s too good!
October 9, 2018 @ 11:57 pm
I had first watched this film at the age of five and only now I had mustered the courage to fully watch it again
*9 YEARS LATER!*
October 9, 2018 @ 11:57 pm
I saw this movie as I was getting more into anime back in high school and found it amazing! Plus, it was during the time I had eye sight to appreciate the artwork in this movie and appreciate it. I am not sure how I would react to it with the little sight I have seeing this film again.
October 9, 2018 @ 11:58 pm
My absolute favorite Studio Ghibli/Miyazaki film
October 9, 2018 @ 11:58 pm
Yeah this wouldn’t be Studio Ghibli moth without Princess Mononoke (or spirited away). XD
October 10, 2018 @ 12:00 am
That film is a masterpiece, and it’ll be absolutely must watch for everyone (not for the younger viewers).
October 10, 2018 @ 12:01 am
It’s always great whenever you tell a story! Your stories are interesting!
October 10, 2018 @ 12:01 am
In terms of films Princess Mononoke is the better version of nausicca but as whole the Manga of nausicca is a billion times better than both.
October 10, 2018 @ 12:02 am
are you gonna review howl’s moving castle c:?
October 10, 2018 @ 12:02 am
I took a side, nightwalker/forest god all the way.
October 10, 2018 @ 12:03 am
This anime was so emotional I loved it
October 10, 2018 @ 12:05 am
You know the part where people say that nobody is really good or evil in "Princess Mononoke"? Well that’s only partially true because last time I checked, the only actual bad guy was jigo. I say that because unlike Eboshi, he wanted the deer god’s head out of greed not out of protection for the village.
October 10, 2018 @ 12:05 am
I never understood why this movie was named Princess Mononoke. Ashitaka is the main character lol. Great movie but the only problem I really had was the title.
This will sound weird but when I bought the movie to watch it, I forgot that I’ve seen it before. Once I was about halfway through, I realized "Oh yeah. I’ve seen this. But why don’t I remember it?" And in ask seriousness, it was the title. If it was named after the main lead or something different, I probably would’ve remembered it. But, instead, I thought the film was something completely different.
Silly mistake but that’s my odd gripe of the movie lol.
October 10, 2018 @ 12:05 am
Tony I am so curious are you going to review trolls?
October 10, 2018 @ 12:11 am
At my local cinema, it’s actually playing this in theaters.
October 10, 2018 @ 12:11 am
Since you’ve gotten into these studio ghibli anime films, you just can’t not watfch Sword of the Stranger. It’s not a studio ghibli, but it’s really awesome and quite realistic. Definitely one of the best anime films out there, hopefully you will review it 🙂
October 10, 2018 @ 12:12 am
