Idk about this, all of this seem a little much, not just the random western instrument layered into a tribute that try to emulate traditional eastern culture, it’s the pandering and confusing artistic direction that in the end appeal to neither culture

This is one of my favorite film scores. Dare I say, this is more beautiful than the version sung in the film. I love that you chose to have a purely vocal part without the lyrics. The melody itself carries such weight. Thank you guys for doing such justice to Hisaishi’s music 😌

Immerse yourself in the world of wonderful things that Ghibli has drawn, believing that great things and souls are preserved. Maybe there are many people like me, this year is almost 30 years old but every time I hear the music, melodies and lyrics of Ghibli. Everything disappeared, no longer mattered, everything was wonderful and pleasant. Like Chihiro, Pazu, Ashitaka… I’m like the main character in each story, staying forever in that world
