Though limited in use it’s very useful against big singular enemies and bosses if you have ethers to spare. Pretty sad they nerfed magic in crit and this build can only be done post game. Mickey Clasp can be obtained by getting all the Lucky Emblems and the Flanniversary Badge is obtained through getting A ranks in the Flantastic Seven mini games.
