Love the flashy particle effects on the Zelda keyblade. The KH logo on the Xenoblade keyblade is a cute touch. The Undertale keyblade had me laughing and I like the heart particle effects, but I wish the hearts were red cuz that’s what’s on the title, and that’s what we control during gameplay. Love the concept for the smash keyblade.

Undying Fight was a surprise and my personal favourite. First we have Sora in SSB Ultimate, now we got a little piece of SSB Ultimate in Kingdom Hearts (sorta). This blows my mind 🤯

Imagine if Luminous Void caused Double Form and the keyblade separated into the light part and darkness part, that would be cool if these keyblades are up for being updated

Couple things as a 3D artist… not everything needs to be set to the highest metallic / lowest roughness for metals. Like not all metal is eye-blindingly bright in the sun. Chunkiness, all the keyblades need to have the edges beveled or something, there is no reason to effectively have a 2D shape that you have extruded into the 3rd dimension. They look blocky and awkward. Third thing is texture sizes, Kingdom Hearts 3 runs on Unreal Engine… it can support texture sizes higher than 512×512 or whatever was used here..
OVERALL they are great, but there are definitely some ways to improve them greatly.

Lots of cool keyblades such as the Zelda one, Smash, the Monado, and Persona 5 even! I was hoping the Persona 5 Royal Keyblade would have a dope special effect when using Link summons with the weapon equipped, the same way Joker and the Phantom Thieves summoned their Personas did in their game, but nonetheless, it is amazing, like the rest of the other keyblades!

Wow these are really cool looking Keyblades Cynical. It makes me want some of these Keyblades for my own custom Kingdom Hearts character also my favorite mod Keyblade is the Beta Shooting Star Keyblade.

❤the nightmare blade. Has a trio of power and health and what is called, determination. Like, myself Christine, with Wyatt and Craig. Thanks creator. I believe it’s Dallin. Sorry I’m not good with names, yet again. Really like that blade. Not nightmarish at all. Rather happy.
Add wayfinder. Kairi, blade definitely. Love that too. Very pleasant to see a faerie type blade. 😁💞🙏🏻👍🏻👾🤓

I’m no Pro Gamer Extreme, so I went and looked up the origins of each keyblade – here’s what I found:
1. Hyrule’s Guide – Legend of Zelda, Master Sword and Hyrule Shield
2. Freischutz – KH, Xigbar-themed
3. Shattered Thorn – Original custom design, based on KH2’s Dive to the Heart sequence.
4. Galaxy Kingdom Key – KH, Reskin of the Kingom Key that gives it galaxy-looking effects!
5. Mighty Monado – Xenoblade Chronicles 1 (spelled correctly as Monado).
6. Stolen Heart – Persona 5 Royal.
7. Ehrgeiz Machina – Original custom gear-themed design (see, I thought for sure it was related to Rachet and Clank, but the notes say otherwise!)
8. Beta Shooting Star – KH Shooting Star’s previous/older design… I actually personally like this MORE than the current Shooting Star design, but I maybe in the minority on that… MAD props to the attendee who was able to recreate the drawings, that takes MAD skill!)
9. Rebirth Wing – Original custom design. (I thought for sure it had something to do with Axel, or maybe Sephiroth from FF7. but the notes say otherwise!)
10. Determination – Undertale
11. Undying Fight – Super Smash Brothers Ultimate
12. Nightmare Wish – KH, mashup of Ultima Weapon and Oblivion
13. Luminous Void – Original Custom design
14. Fateful Light – KH, mashup of Kairi’s keyblade, Destiny’s Embrace, and Oathkeeper.
15. Storm Wave – custom keyblade of Dallin, design by Exusia
16. Wayfinder’s Dream – custom keyblade for TrueStorySeamus, including Birth By Sleep "wayfinder" designs.
17. Runic Remembrance – custom keyblade for Twlight_Lance, created by Dallin.
18. Forging Flame – Kingdom Key reskin, design by The Keyblade Forge discord group, created by Dallin.

I am guessing that the mods work by just overlaying the design over existing blades in the game? Not that I would ever get the chance to use these until KH3 decides to come to steam since I refuse to touch EGS.

I’m gonna say this now – these modders are going crazy. Playable characters as mods to an actual Olympus Colliseum arena gamemode – now they’re making custom Keyblades? Bro, the community’s ideas just don’t know when to stop.

I think the ultima weapon form change should’ve been an inverted color scheme to match the ddd sora design oath keeper and oblivion are more suited for the twilight color

I’ve made and 3D printed about 5 custom keyblades as keychains. My 2 favourites are probably my Mystery Hack from Gravity falls and MegaMix a miku themed blade

Hey GamerJoint, you’re interested in Kingdom Hearts right? Well theres a Youtuber named Cryptonix02 who has done a few videos of a ReWrite series to the Kingdom Hearts games. His videos are called "How to fix Kingdom Hearts" and are currently in 4 parts. It may not offer much compare to game mods, but I figure I would throw it out there if you wanted the games to have story telling that’s not incredibly messy like in the later games, i.e. Coded and Dream Drop Distance. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re interested and curious.

The Mighty Monado Keyblade! As both a Xenoblade and a Kingdom Hearts fan it’s so cool to see them unofficially crossover. It’s a really cool Keyblade design. Wish I had the PC version just for that Keyblade.

Personally, I feel all the ones without a keychain should be automatically disqualified. W/o the chain, it’s not a proper Keyblade, just a funny looking axe or mace.

Dallins designs almost always feel to me like they belong in 358/2 days (which is a good thing in my opinion)
