The Miami Heat defeat the Brooklyn Nets, 109-80. Bam Adebayo had 17 PTS and 3 REB, while Jamal Cain added 15 PTS and 11 REB for the Heat in the victory. Kevin Durant had a game-high 22 PTS, along with 4 REB for the Nets. The Heat improve to 2-0 in the NBA Preseason, while the Nets fall to 0-2.

Wow Kevin Durant has five 10 Kyle Lowry on him you saw the defense come one way Common Sense would have told you to go the other way and take a jump shot instead of throwing it away for a turnover

Brooklyn still no defensive identity. Simmons going for steals that he paid for. No talking. Effort lacking. Same as last year the chemistry is not there. They need to spend time together outside of bball and build chemistry. No excuse for this team to not make it into conference finals at least. Anything less is a failure.

How Miami does this year is really gonna depend on their player development. Herro and Bam should take another step forward and then guys like Caleb Martin, strus, jovic etc have to continue to develop

If the brooklyn nets add Tristan Thompson and hassan Whiteside and a play making guard they got wings depth and spot up shooting they got to get a guard to go with kd Kylie Ben Claxton but patty Seth Joe are catch in shoot guys brooklyn nets need a guard that can play make in add to center Claxton is to small day-long need more experience with other center he really a 4 then 5
