The villain in here was never Eren it was the government of the Paradis island. We thought they learned the lesson of United we stand divided we fall. But no they still cannot get out of the mentality of indecision and distrust before the revelation of the world. Instead facing the enemy, they point their guns at their allies much like they did with the Survey Corp
Zeke and Yelena was right this is not the time for them act like a doubtful idiot. The enemy is right at their doorstep they need to fight not waiting to die or shooting themselves in the legs

What special about Shingeki no Kyojin is that everybody is a hero for their views and virtues, but also villain for the opposing views. So Eren didn’t turn into villain, because he is the villain all along.

I like post-time skip Eren far more than before… well, I mean it’s possible for me to like him now anyway. At least he is not a hysteric anymore, he got pretty good tactical skills and mastered his titan abilities (amazing fight with Warhammer and Jaw). Also he seems to be the most dynamic/evolving character in whole series and that’s interesting. Adds new spice to the story.
So btw. Now I can say the number of my disliked AoT characters is still 2 – Mikasa constantly… and Gabi took the Eren’s place.

Eren is doing what’s right, questionning the entire system. As Levi said, he’s never really sure about the best option to take in a situation of extreme danger. But now, they know Eren is in charge, even the civils are shouting for Eren’s freedom because they know he’s the only one who can change things for the best for the Eldians. Mikasa herself has showed lack of comprehension to the actions of Eren. In the chapter she’s looking devastated. Eren is an amazing character and he won’t be wasted, I think he’s going for the last blow. After all, Reiner is going to strike the island anyway. Eren IS doing thr right thing.

My theory here is that Eren’s goal is to obtain all of the titan shiftiers’ powers and then use them for something. Probably re summon the devil that cursed Ymir or something like that. That’s my theory.

+Foxen Anime I just read the chp w/official translations, and I caught on to something. At the end when Eren meets that group, he actually says "I find Zeke. That’s it." It almost sounds like he doesn’t entirely want anything to do with Floch or the rest of them, that he’ll just help them find Zeke and go separate ways with them. What do you think about that? Also, I read an interesting theory that Zackery knew about the bomb in the "chair", what’s ur take on that?

Guys I have a theory! What if that wine that was brought to Nile and the other higher ups was had a little bit of the Beast Titan’s Spinal fluid in it. Just enough to trigger when he yells and not enough to make them unconscious and stupid like the gas or a full dose of fluid. I really believe that this is what it is.

a few scary predictions could come forth from this chapter alone, one of the obvious ones would be eren meeting with zeke and commencing the rumbling, another would harken back to an earlier chapter where it’s essentially narrated by armin, he doesn’t know if he recognises eren as the person who was once his friend, and that’s why he’s interested in annie, she may be the only person who would join his side, the only person who can fight alongside armin, if the hardened titans can smash armoured titan crystal, than the GoD colossal can do it, it’s time for a prison break for ol’ annie. I thought peke was eren at first, getting closer so he could find out where zeke was, but thought it strange that he looked particularly feminine, of course it’s peke that bookends the chapter, and I’ve been waiting for CR’s founderawful manga updates so it feels like it’s been a long time since she had a part to play, if porco and reiner are tagging along, than it will probably be a three – way all out titan war, if not like the upcoming anime shiganshina battle and the marlean titan made car park, it may be a bigger, more threatening battle with the eldian military behind armin’s colossal and annie’s female, zeke and eren being so slanted to their ideology they are willing to use conduit powers for an army of pure titans (no one’s let them use the rumbling yet) and porco, peke and reiner (now with will to live re – installed) leading the charge of the marleans in an effort to wipe out an eldian resistance, the eldians and marleans having comparable weapons because lets be honest, using titans for the past 100 years has crippled their development. a cool thing I’m thinking of is armin’s colossal picking up annie’s crystal, crushing it in his hands partially injuring annie, than throwing that thing to the ground like a female titan grenade, I don’t see that actually happening though, as first armin would have to convince annie that neither the marlians nor eren can bring peace.
