Dragon Quest Builders – Kol & Galenholm

Quick tour of my Kol & Galenholm from Dragon Quest Builders. I love this chapter and I wanted to go all in on the hot springs vibe, so I made kind of an open-air resort town, with the hot springs as the centerpiece. There’s a towering hotel and a museum/gift shop when you first walk in. I had a lot of fun with this one.

Unfortunately, I realized through a lot of trial and error that I couldn’t make the central hot springs as big as I wanted, and so had to split it in two. I found out later this is because rooms in this game can only be 100 tiles big, whether that’s 10×10 or even 100×1. I think it turned out okay, though.
