Seriously get your Baths done. By the time you get the Red Portal you have had the opportunity to upgrade the Baths a few times. After each upgrade your villagers get drastically better weapons.
You had difficulty in the snow, but with proper (and upgraded) baths, your team mates chew them up quite quickly.

Ohhhh my GOD this ‘defend your base’ battle (and this chapter) is SO FRUSTRATING!! Obsidian walls do NOT stop the Ogre from wrecking 95% of your base!
I wonder if Square Enix based Glutimus’ "Hey Ogre! Try to get me(and wreck Benie’s base)!!" off of a n00b in a dungeon. Because if they did, I wish I could kick this cowardly *** out! STOP F***ING KITING the Ogre around to destroy my base, dumb****!!
Second ‘defend the base’ battle(before getting the Blue Teleportal), I blamed myself instead of him for still having dirt walls.
The saltness level in me is, absurdly high. I spent two hours planning and building, only to see most of it ruined. But I guess the Ogre being OP(to nearly the level of a final boss) is "working as intended".
I don’t know if it’s worth rebuilding, to be honest. Not even the strongest known block in the game can stop an Ogre.

yep, obsidian walls fo’ sho’. maybe some little (ground level) recessed cannon nooks (with like a single double block row free for the cannon ball to come out – not sure if that’ll work though), triggered by a button. Position three of them on each side with one button controlling each, or a master button in the centre of the compound? Also, pull out those demon statues that shoot fire as well!You should have a couple, I think. I was also wondering how the monsters would fare if you made your moat deeper, so they were maybe underwater? Can they drown? You could still have an obsidian lining to the moat, so they don’t undercut like sappers.

It’s both very amusing and frustrating how you tend to miss things we the viewers tend to notice right away like how you were practically standing next to the girl you were to bring back to the town. Still, I really like this series hope it continues to be a daily series
