    17 came back cause he was technically killed by Cell both via absorption AND when he self destructed to try and blow up the earth, the wish that was made was “Bring back EVERYONE killed by cell”

    Well, technically cell killed 17 so that wish included him and the fitting description for 17 and 18 would be cyborg (human enhanced by machine parts)

    If you launch a beam like the Kamehameha from the ground facing east for example, the beam would travel in a straight and continuous path the same way light does and since the earth is sphere like in shape the ground will begin to arc below the beam after about 15 miles or so allowing said beam to reach space since there is no object in the way to counter resist the forward motion of said energy beam.

    Android 17 came back because they wished for everyone Cell killed to come back. 17 was a human with a soul before he was turned into an android, so he came back.

    17 came back because Cell killed him when he performed his self-destruct sequence, therefore he qualified for the wish. Then again, Cell blew himself up on King Kai’s planet so that would mean 17 died there as well, meaning he shouldn’t have came back unless the wish was specifically talking about the Earthlings that Cell killed
