Xenoverse is way better then battle of z. In battle of z you can never do one on one. Xenoverse you can create your own character.

I got tired of this game quite quickly. On Android Saga atm. The customization is kinda "eh, okay". It took me much longer to get tired of UT or RB2, this game feels kind of like a lame Raging Blast version. And in Ultimate Tenkaichi, I enjoyed character customization way more – the characters were actually VOICED OVER, which made them characters instead of the mute doll you play in Xenoverse. It would be great if we somehow had UT-quality graphics+supermoves and RB-quality combat.

All these reviewers that review this game, are pretty much those who play it for abit and then make their judgement based on that. It really pisses me off because they aren’t reviewing the game, their reviewing their skills and judging the review based on what they do.

I would give this a 6/10.
Why?
1st, the severs (obviously at this point)
2nd, the AI is HORRIBLE. They spam their ultimate attacks and Ki Blasts non stop. Also your ally AI is weak beyond belief. Keeping them alive is like breaking a brick with a toothpick.
The good things are that if AND when the online works it can be fun to play with friends.
But the AI needs to be fixed ASAP.

I love the game…haters gonna hate….Hell im playing it right now :3 Love the time patrol missions to unlock gear and to play as normal characters and even have them assist you as a team of 1 to 3 even like the shopping district it is more of a online and Time shifting feel but people you need to get it it’s pretty amazing!

Toastie Bandai Namco said they would want Dragonball Xenoverse to be able to have some longevity to the game with that being said don’t you think it’s a good idea for them to dad maybe another 80 lvls maybe 100 or whatever so players won’t get bored ?

DBZ and Ultimate Tenkaichi is an amazing game 😀 and also DBZ battle of z is a fun game 🙂 Dragonball z xenoverse is amazing as well! Top 5 easily. I am not going to lie and say that these newer games aren’t as fun and great as b3 and bt3. These Dragonball z games has been having so many different enjoyable elements that make them stand out from their other counterparts. Instead of bashing these games for not having the 100% gameplay that the games previous to it had let’s actually accept that these games are reaching different fan bases. That may be bored of the same gameplay over and over. For me personally I loved them all because damn these games are giving me a fun playing experience!

I think Famitsu wasn’t bribed to make the score good because developers knew the game is awesome. Famitsu got mad because they didn’t get the expected fat check and they rated it worse than any other recent dbz game.

This game is a little to difficult in my opinion, for example you have to fight 3 majin buu with ssj3 goku then after you defeat them he leaves and you have to fight I think 6 little majin buu. That’s pretty hard especially since their health doesn’t go down easily.

Funny thing it looks worse than tenkaichi 3 wich came out in 2007. Tenkaichi 3 had amazing graphics, sometimes it felt like I’m watching the series. I just don’t get why can’t they make what people want, a fucking tenkaichi 4! I mean is it that hard? They made it once… And I’m sure they can read comments like this all the time. It’s so obvious. Why can’t they gather the team made BTK3? I even buy a tenkaichi hd collection if they release it to the current consoles.

People are forgetting their releasing dlc. You may or may not get some characters that should of initially made it. If I see most of the missing characters in the new dlc’s then i’m not complaining.

Frankly I thought Ultimate Tenkaichi was one of the worst dbz games ever made. BT3 was my absolute fav for several reasons. Number one the huge roster, two: the incredibly variable close range combat which is something that UT sorely lacked. UT was almost exclusively activating super moves and cutscenes. Three: I never get tired of playing out the entire original story in extreme detail. It seems like the games these days like to just skip most of it. I personally would like another game that went into as much detail as BT3 complete with What-if sagas of course.

Agreed,dbz games are made for fans which is love/hate relationship from time to time based on current game.
Xenoverse is so much fun online/offline with quests,skills,mentors,other players(vs and quest),shops and such.
Rewards from quests are extra motivation for me and seeing your own custom char grow and change during the play it is own reward.
Transformations are not the major factor in the game but i hope they will update and get transformation for the rest of the races(because it will double the hype with race only transformations,equips and rare craftables as skills or armors).
There is a lot of potential in this game and i hope the developers aren’t moving on "something better".

Now that Xenoverse has come out, we can all come to a conclusion that the game has a lot of flaws. Yes we know that now but remember, the developers are still adding new things to it and trying to make it as good as they possibly can. That’s why they have add ons". Add ons where made to IMPROVE THE GAME. Though, in my honest opinion I think the game is amazing! Better than Ultimate Tenkaichi and Battle of Gods. The only thing they need to fix is the server problem then they’ll be all set!
