   Kirito actually did not "heal his arm" rather his arm was already healed by Alice like 5~6 months ago as explained by the novels.
   but even thought he was fully healed and at max HP, his arm did not grow back because of his broken mental image.
   So when Kirito woke up and his mind was restored, his hand automatically restored as well.

    I’d say this is the best episode of this Arc yet that battle animation sequence of Asuna and her guardian like angel Yuuki and Mother’s Rosario and Kirito’s sad sequence of trying to rip his heart out cause of guilt when Eugeo’s spirit reminding him there’s people out there that needs him and that he will always be there with him to returning with a bang making those Underworld super accounts look normal

    As you can see that, eugeo to kirito just like yuuki to asuna, they appeared there because of strong mental image of asuna and kirito, they create their image by imagining them. That is what underworld capable of, I cried when yuuki appeared, and cried when eugeo appeared too. And I went crazy when kirito suffered or hurted himself, Higa said that Kirito is destroying his flugchlight himself right, I think that is the image of what higa said. He unintentionly destroying himself because he blamed himself so much

    Such a great shout out to the End of Season 1. When Kirito finally met Asuna in the Hospital he said "Welcome back, Asuna", and she replied with "I’m back, Kirito".
    Now when Kirito comes back she’s the one who says "Welcome back, Kirito", which he in return, replies with "I’m back, Asuna".

    Basically the reason why PoH’s still alive after Asuna made that giant hole in his chest is because of his Mate Chopper. All the life energy being absorbed by the Mate Chopper is flowing thru him. Only way to beat him is to destroy the Mate Chopper, or separate him from it(maybe)

    16:24 Yes, it healed him. The sacred energy is kept onto his mate-chopper and he can use it as a catalyst to heal himself automatically by sharing the energy with his body. If the weapon falls out from his hand, then he is done!!

    Vassago never died, you don’t instantly die if you have a hole in your body, but you lose HP at a very high rate and die in a few second, but Vassago keep on regaining Life value/HP using his sword, so they kinda balance each other, he keep losing HP but also keep gaining HP so he was staying alive until he had the Weapon.
