You should add a tour at the end of the entire build.
I really wanted to see what the castle looked like after it was finished, but didn’t want to spend over an hour watching.

I am building something way bigger. It has a kitchen and staff rooms, guest rooms, guard rooms, a dungeon, princess tower, kings room, throne room, treasure… uh.. everything ?

Did you ever try rebuilding stuff from minecraft? It is quite challenging or impossible sometimes. Every glass window for example is impossible unless you want to use the wooden windows.

I’ve been playing the fire out of the demo for the Nintendo Switch, to the point where I hyped myself up enough to buy a copy of the game (granted, for the PS4, but budget is budget). I got around to trying out some foundation ideas, but because I was limited to dirt and…well, purple dirt I hit some snags trying to make a castle out of it. I had fun, though, and seeing your designs give me some ideas as well. I might try them out. xD
…Also making a moat is ridiculous, I have more dirt than I can handle.

Thanks to this tutorial, I used your basis of the Towers you build here to make a small fort. It was supposed to be a castle, but I relaized that I wanted to share it.

Here it is! It looks so fabulous! Thank you very much for this! Now I’m having loads of ideas rushing through my head! It’s actually giving me a headache lol Anyways, this is great. But don’t stop here Benny! There are lots of other wonderful buildings you can teach us how to… uh.. build. A chateau or a monastery would be nice. And maybe a port or a ship! With that creative noggin of yours, you can make beautiful works of art! This is why I love this game so much!

I’m pretty new to dragon quest builders so I don’t understand why you are using the cladding or flooring instead of the actual blocks.

Nice! However I’m a little puzzled as to why you’re using castle battlements at the bottom instead of the castle foundation.
You can wear Featherfall Footwear and Talaria at the same time.

"tower staircases always go up clockwise, so that the defenders inside towers could swing the sword with their right hand. that way the attackers were at an disadvantage because the middle tower pillar would be in the way."
