DQXI producer Okamoto confirmed that there will be an option to turn off all character voices should you want to play it as it was originally designed… This feature alone has convinced me to buy the game Day One

For the life of me I can not get into these games. I know its primarily due to the fact that the characters look like dbz characters. Which makes it hard for me subconsciously to take it seriously. Idk man. I know I’M missing out on some good ass games. But I just cant get over it. 🙁

One of the best JRPG I have played so far, Character design 10/10, Graphic 10/10, Story 10/10, Music 10/10. Definitely one of the best JRPG experience. For one who love JRPG, totally recommend to play it. English version will release on Sep 4, 2018.

Damn! 9. Sept. can’t come fast enough! My underwear is ready! O_o Dragon Quest has kinda been the reason I fell in love with JRPGS while FF lost its way about 3-4 entries ago and exchanged charme and character for stupid narratives that try to impress by convoluted plots that make no sense overall. I’d actually say that this game is more worthy of the FF title than FF 13,13-2,13-3 and 15 combined.
