Who is Oboro Shirakumo? | My Hero Academia Chapter 253
My Hero Academia Chapter 253 gets the next arc underway! However Oboro Shirakumo has been built up since Chapter 216 and 217 of Boku no Hero Academia! Also it appears that Oboro was already fully introduced and his backstory given in the My Hero Academia Vigilantes Spin off. I definitely need to read more of the spin off. Honestly got a lot to read and catch up on like Demon Slayer “Kimetsu no Yaiba” & Act Age. Ready for Boku no Hero Academia Chapter 254 Review?

hey guys, if mirio let eri get shot by that bullet. what’s the worst thing that would’ve happened? she loses her power, and mirio continues to win the fight with Deku who shows up a minute later? I’m just saying, (even tho I know its kinda bad) the bullet was non-lethal and her powers caused her trouble. Without them, she could’ve still been pampered by U.A by daddy Aizawa and big bro mirio, free from anyone trying to use her. And before u say the guys was going to shoot her in the face; mirio had time to make sure it hit elsewhere.

I’m willingly to bet that Hirokoshi will explain Oboro origins later on as to make the reader not feel TOO pressured into reading the spin-off. Although, hirokoshi will be leaving out just enough as to give the reader the option to read the spin-off. Y’know, like if they want the full picture of this arc, yeah you will have to read both the main series and the spin off. But give those who don’t want to read both, can be given just enough to understand the arc

Oboro Shirakumo is a good person… his death change Aizawa to how he is nowadays. Shirakumo quirk Sound Cloud basically makes him Son Wukong from the Journey to the west. Both Aizawa and Oboro went to Purple Emperor agency (basically hero Prince)… during a major villian attack against a villian who eats quirks and fire it back. Purple Emperor and Shirakumo gotten hurt real badly… Aizawa manages to fight him, while hurt and he was about to give up seeing how he usually the support who stop the quirk and Oboro attacks the enemy… he hears Shirakumo’s voice cheering him on saying he can fight, as Shirakumo constantly tried to tell him he can fight, and Aizawa defeats the enemy on his own. He later finds out Shirakumo was long dead as the hero praised him for taking down a S level villian on his own. He kept saying he heard Shirakumo cheering him on, but his speaker was long broken and he was found dead along with Purple Emperor (I think he died as well as the Villian ate Present Mic attack and used it against Purple Emperor). Shirakumo death changed Aizawa as he wanted to build an agency before his death as to him working alone as a bounty hunter type hero. Also Midnight was their upperclassman a year a head of them… I think she also worked under Purple Emperor.
Purple Emperor agency takes on recruits and grooms them to be on their own and make their own agency. If I remember right the trio didn’t have a work study agency to go to, Present Mic went to a different one while Aizawa and Shirakumo went to Midnight’s work study agency.

They should probably make an OVA covering eraserheads backstory before the anime gets to this (no way a vigilantes anime gets to this point before season 6) just release a 3/4 episode ova about this shirt arc to make anime only’s keep it in their mind
It would be ridiculous to tell them they have to read the side manga to get a reveal in the anime

somehow it also makes sense now that the two never met directly or rather interacted (especially Aizawa using his quirk on Kurogiri), at the season 1 incident Kurogiri got away to stop the pupils from leaving while Aizawa fought against the rest, at the Kamino arc Aizawa was on tv to make the villains think they’re safe and wood-guy got the job to stop Kurogiri. So far we didn’t see them interact or how Aizawa’s quirk would work on Kurogiri (though I guess he wouldn’t turn ‘human’ or anything just be unable to use his clouds ‘offensively’), but similar to Endeavour and Dabi there were enough times they could’ve met and interacted but didn’t for whatever reason so they could meet later at a better time storywise

So now that Kurogiri is confirmed to be Shirakumo AND a Nomu, now we wait for the Dabi = Touya reveal.
Also, Kurogiri redemption arc? I think it could be a cool intense moment for Shigaraki to see Kurogiri fighting alongside the heroes in 3 months.
