Code with the limiters is not stronger than peak naruto and sasuke, boroskiki was beating code up in the manga, that same boroshiki was losing to nerfed sasuke who was extremely tired after his fight against isshiki, and sasuke with his rinnegan was stronger. So I’d have to disagree here

Also, I don’t believe the seal on her forehead works they way you’ve explained. I believe she replenishes the seal like she would have normal chakra. It doesn’t take another 3 years to use it. It gives her a larger chakra pool
