And since Shigaraki did not say anything about betraying them, both Toga and Twice said the truth. They don’t plan. they just do. That’s a loophole of sorts.

Mirio isnt going to die in any way, he should run now that he has the girl. He wont die or get hurt cause this is hero academia and no student or hero gets killed here but he also wont rescue the girl by himself because all of the battles before on this arc would be pointless if he do it.

I think the girl will reveal her true quirk and make it so that Togata can’t use his own, Togata will fight overhaul quirkless and barely defeat him.

Chibi, i don’t think that’s how Eri’s quirk works because when the bullet containing her blood hit Kirishima, The blood had contact with Kirishima’s skin and still he was able to use his Hardening.

Just a bit of personal analysis. The most important lines for me that may have been glazed are actually by Eri in the beginning and the end. Be sure not to look at it superficially, because Eri’s hollow stare and blank face when looking at Mirio coupled with Chisaki’s speech tells us something important about a stark separation between Mirio and Deku.
"you turned a blind eye that time, didn’t you?, This child does not wish to be taken into your custody."
This line alone tells us that Mirio does not impact Eri’s core the same way Deku did. For though one can say his decision was more logical arguably; it is not the same heroism Deku showed her. The hand he held her with. The same warmth and safety that a hero can provide. Nemuto also further expands on his decisions in their first encounter with Chisaki. Then,
"As far as this girl is concerned, you’re no hero"
Horikoshi did not put that line there for no reason or some wit from the villain. That is very much what is going on. Eri does not see Mirio as her hero. Even in the end, she begs him to go away; not even feeling the slightest of relief that chronostasis hands are not on her anymore. That hollow stare indicates that he is not the one she is looking for and second, that she has little hope that he will save her. There is another hero she needs. The only one who she asked to rescue her instead of telling him to go away.I am sure you know who that is.
Needless to say, Mirio’s control of his quirk is phenomenal. Knowing how he can bounce in and out, akin to teleportation when two solidified ibjects overlap each other and control its direction. His finesse with it is so minute that he can warp a part of his foot through Eri and solidify the parts touching chronostasis. Understanding the nuances of his quirk makes me appreciate how much effort he must’ve put into cultivating it.
As to the question about how toga and twice got around the truth telling quirk when they were questioned about potential betrayal. Who ever said Shigaraki told them to betray him. In fact, he told them to work with the cleansers instead; so at that time, they had no intention of betrayal. Which also led to quite possibly a pretty ingenious bet by Shigaraki to utilize their unpredictability. And as he predicted, toga and twice became wild cards to the cleansers and betrayed them later.

I hope they kill of Mirio. This arc has not been as impacting as they have hyped it up to be. All the heroes are just mopping the floor with the villains and I’m tired of it.

I don’t think she can deactivate quirks with just her blood or skin just making contact with someone else.
I feel like if that’s how it worked then Kirishima’s quirk would’ve been deactivated when on patrol with Fat Gum and Suneater. Suneater got shot and essentially injected with the blood it entered his blood stream. Kirishima on the other hand I believe was shot, but because of his hardening quirk it just broke when hitting him and didn’t make contact.
I believe even afterwards something was noted about how he couldn’t activate his quirk after getting shot and when he was tested they saw something was attacking his quirk from within. If the quirk deactivation could work from the outside, Kirishima’s quirk would’ve stopped when that bullet broke on him I believe.
I also don’t think Eri is secretly a bad guy. I believe it’s been said that Overhaul’s quirk causes immense pain and if he chooses to he can allow someone to essentially reconstruct and it’ll remove their ailments. We know this is what’s been happening to Eri and I believe she has a good nature where she doesn’t want to cause harm to others so she doesn’t do anything that gets others involved when he shows how he plans to attack when she listened once he took his glove off and how in just this past chapter she said said for Togata to stop before he dies.

They didn’t overcome the quirk. His question was "Is SHIGARAKI planning against us?" The honest answer was "No." Shigaraki left the planning to Toga and Twice. Overhaul’s man asked the wrong question.

Chibi I think you’re underestimating Togata just a little bit, dont you think? I mean, he is a third year at Yuuei, not to mention one of the top in his year. Deku has grown so much and he’s still a first year. Maybe he can do more than we’ve seen so far?

If you need to come in contact with Eri’s blood to activate her quirk, although it would be dark, Overhaul could go for Eri and deconstruct her arm or something then reconstruct it once Eri’s blood is on Togata.

Mirio can maybe wrap Eri in his cape to phase threw things but very unlikely
Edit: Just what I think because he wants to save people but he can’t phase with them to quickly bring them to safety, he can only phase half his body and move a bit quicker (like his dive). His quirk doesn’t seem like it can save ppl even tho thats what he wants to do

for all kids already crying around and talking about mirio dying…there is still nothing decided. he has the girl and he only has to escape, he knows the mission is just to save her and not capture the enemies and he isnt so hotheaded to look for a fight, especially while protecting the girl, sure it will be hard, but with his quirk its possible. and the labyrinth is gone, which means the others can get there faster too.
and seeing how mirio has easily beaten the other 2 guys, it showed that he isnt so weak, hes still the best 3rd year student, and its also stated that he is already better than many pros already and a top candidate for being number one hero, and overhaul seems very young too, even though he definitely has more experience and is most likely stronger, but i still think mirio should be able to buy enough time until the others arrive and then overhaul will need to escape or he will be captured…
dont see why ppl talk about some stupid "death flag", there is no point with his death whatsoever, that would really be stupid…maybe beaten up badly, so that he learns something out of it, but thats it…but it wouldnt even surprise me, if he would be even stronger than overhaul, so there is still nothing at all decided here.

Just an idea how the two got pass the truth detector.
Not sure if the others have possibility pointed this out before me, but if I’m repeating myself, apologies I am catching up on the videos… anyway:
Shin asked, "Did Shigaraki tell you to ‘BETRAY’ us?"
Shigaraki said, "…for my sake and all of yours"
Also Shigaraki added to Twice, "You wanted to take responsibility for your action. don’t you?"
– He basically gave them the thumbs up subtly to "Run wild like you’re suppose to and however you like to."
Thus the two just said No to the betrayal question from Shin is because Shigaraki didn’t say "Betray" in any of his sentencing when talking with the two. This was an unspoken command to deal with the yakuza group. Something that wouldn’t happen if they didn’t have enough trust among themselves to understand their core personalities.

Guys, Guys! Did you see that panel with Overhault saying "To Her you are no hero" and the closeup on Eri? She looks stange, almost like a villan in that panel imo(Maybe i watched to much mistery recently). So maybe she is a villain, she will become a villain in the future or the Eri in that panel is a Toga-Clone disguised as Eri.
