I want even just 1 panel of Togata and Suneater grieving the loss of togatas quirk/suneater watching togata be distraught about nighteye man
Like possibly suneater sitting in the hospital room and them both looking forlorn and silent, or them being such close brothers-in-arms it seems borderline homoerotic like they embrace and both start to cry or clasp one anothers hands with watering eyes while Togata says "You better keep getting stronger, or I’ll pass right by ya!"

I feel so bad for Togata, after losing his quirk and Sir Nighteye, his life will never be the same again. He still smiles to cheer up Izuku, and he push his pain aside to make someone happy. A Todoroki and Bakugo arc? I’m in! Looks like a new villain is on the rise, I hope Grandpa Torino will be okay. I hope the mangaka will be okay too, Happy Holidays.

If that scene with Togata cheering up Izuku ever gets animated, it’s gonna be up there with the scene when All Might told Izuku that he could be a hero at the beginning of the serie.

Togata deserves so much
It was a short ass chapter but it was great. Deku isnt the ONLY main character in this show. It may center around him but he gives way to other characters, like Mirio, who shine brighter than him and illuminates his own flaws. I love it

Yea, I know Dekus fight w/ Overhaul was supposed to be badass and hotblooded – but Togata’s entire fight from when he first catches up to Overhaul and his goons and starts tearing through them to when the others finally get there completely stole the show.
Its also funny the way him bringing up regaining his quirk here makes it less likely to happen/anytime soon.

Togata shouldn’t get his quirk back honestly. Him losing his quirk gives us the sense that repercussions actually mean something in bnha and there’s consequences for the heroes actions; not everything’s just a happy wonderland.

Like how he was such a wuss at the begining of the series, than how he slowly became the hero he wanted to be and now beeing so down/depressed since the recent events. Izuku has so much self doubt that he was willing to give up one for all so easily, him and all might definitely need to have a discussion about this, seeing that all might was listening on izuku and mirios conversation I feel that the talk is bound to happen. Oh and Mirio is a freaking angel, he deserves the world and I love him with all my soul :’)

I felt the most bad for All Might. His face as he listened in on Deku and Togata ☹️. They seriously need a heart to heart! Deku is having a lot of self doubt, which is understandable, Togata is essentially All Might with his smiling face and perfect heroing! I really do like Izuku as a character and I think him offering Togata One for All is somewhat understandable, but he just needs that self belief again. He is going to be the worlds greatest hero. He just has to understand that he does not have to be exactly like All Might.
And I hope All Might is not too upset…..
On the positive side, Bakugo and Todoroki are back baby! ?

I feel like Deku is the sort of person who inspires people to stand by him and support him. He helps them, they realise what sort of person he is, And they do something to help him back. This happened with All Might way back in chapters 1 and 2, Lida, Uraraka, Todoroki and Kouta. It sorta happened with Stain and Maybe even Nighteye before he died. I hope it happens with Bakugou as well.

actually they showed gigantomachia in the anime, and I think in the manga too? when they are showing other future league of villains recruit, it makes sense now since I didn’t see much of him until in this chapter, plus the giant villain kirishima’s part is quite fuzzy and not sure if they’re the same.

What if Mirio doesnt get his quirk back, instead he becomes the first official quirkless hero. That would be such a powerful message considering Deku wanting to be a hero back when he didnt have a quirk even though he was quirkless.

I feel the reason Togata lost his quirk is because other than Eri he has the most OP quirk in the series. No one could touch him if Eri wasn’t there he would have moped the floor with Overhaul no dif. Actually he was while he was fighting overhaul. It would have made people like Togata way more than Deku,and people would want to see more of Togata than anyone else, and you can’t just do that to the MC of your series.

We all know that Mirio is the one who protected Eri, Eri is the one who saved Deku and Deku is the one who defeated Overhaul. But, what I’m asking myself is:
WHO’S THE ONE THAT ACTUALLY CHANGED THE FUTURE THAT NIGHTEYE SAW?
– Nighteye assumed that this one would be Deku, since he was the one always talking that he wouldn’t accept that future.
– Nighteye looked into the future of Overhaul’s "Lovecraftian" form, and saw the future where he and Deku would be Killed.
– Nighteye was already set to die at that time. And until Deku using 20%, it looked that Overhaul could kill him at anytime.
– But, things changed when Eri started to use her quirk and the body that Nighteye touched to see the future got reversed. Then the future of the "Lovecraftian Overhaul" (that Nighteye saw) was "destroyed".
– But, Eri only activated her quirk because she wanted to protect the ones that were trying to save her. More specifically, while she wanted to get Mirio’s cape. So Mirio was the one that triggered the activation of her quirk.
– But, Overhaul only give up in killing Deku to escape with Eri, when he saw the Hole open by Ryuku. And this is something that happened by the intervention of Toga.
So … who is the actual responsible for changing the future that Nighteye saw? Deku? Eri? Togata? Ryuku? Or Toga?
