I know the new kages didn’t do much but you need to remember that they were fighting a "god" who just consumed another "god" not a reanimated person. Just watch the episode before where they beat them so easily.

i was waiting for him to talk about when boruto dodged momshikis taijutsu that all the kages struggled with while using his dojutsu that hints to his dojutsu increasing speed and power or maybe his senses like the sharingan i just noticed it and wanted to point out that this dojutsu definitely increases his speed and perception exponentially even past kage level when it is not fully matured.

1. Definitely best episode, by far…not even close.
2. Yes, reminded me of Naruto.
3. It really doesn’t absolved the sins of the Boruto Anime being trash.
4. I stopped watching a long time ago because of how utter trash most of the other episodes were.
5. This episode got me interested again; (which I think was the whole point) I now look forward to how things will unfold from here on out.

Little things to notice that made a big difference in this episode….
1. taijutsu made a comeback
2. Before the fight Naruto made a mud wall with his feet like toph from avatar
3. The 1 inch punch momo used on Naruto was executed perfectly
4. No over usage of Chakra
5. Sasuke is literally folding niggas with one arm
6. No freeze frames to show accelerated speed, instead they blurred the lines and gave the illusion of speed and thickened the lines when things slowed down
7. IT’S JUST EPICNESS and HISTORY for the anime text books

This episode was dope and easily the best episode of boruto. My problem is that its not really a boruto ep. Its another Sasuke/Naruto ep within boruto. All of the best eps hav been of Naruto n friends and never actually of boruto. This show still has a LOT to prove

Most epic fight scene I’ve seen in 2018 and I’ll argue that with anyone…. The Big 3 is back after this and their on the move again for 2019, and I’m happy that each one is delivering and sticking up to their names…. Well after the Legendary Broly we’ll see if DBS can bounce back from the bitter T.O.P….. I’m Team One Piece, I just wish oda had boruto animation….. After this boruto has a great chance to come back, and I agree that this stage was to big for boruto but it didnt matter because if anything happened Naruto could’ve saved him

There is no animation studio in the entire world which could do that.
This fight took 30 or something uber talented key animators, some of the best animators in the anime industry and a time of 4 months to pull off. And even then they had to work 15+ hours a day to make this episode happen.
There is no studio or anime which can do something like this every week.
I don’t think people understand the quality of this episode.
Story wise we have had really good episodes and arcs but when it comes to animation, you are not getting animation like this every week in any anime series. And I don’t want episodes like these for some time cause the animators deserve a break from all this. They overworked their butt’s out for this episode, they deserve it.

This episode outdid a lot of what happened at the end of the movie but most of the episodes leading up to it were trash. They dragged the story out to a sluggish pace. I had just dropped the series until I saw this episode. Now I’ll give it another chance but I seriously doubt we’ll get anything this good again for at least two or three years.
