Boruto has unlocked the pure eye Jougan ability which no one else in the naruto universe even has. Sasuke, Naruto, The Otsutsuki clan do not have this dojutsu, so why has boruto unlocked it? Boruto got chakra from hamura same as hogoromo which was never showed in the anime and up to this day boruto is the only one that has it.if hinata alone had the chakra from hamura alone boruto would have tenseigan but if it was hogoromo he would get six paths or hashirama sells or a tailed beast and that would be very overpowered

Well jougan is mangekyou version of byakugan.Also no one had unlocked the tenseigan in otsutsuki and thats why it is saidd to three great dojutsu sharingan byakugan and rinnegan.Thats why it is new eye that is unknown in earth and don’t have name .I think higher ups in otsutsuki have all of them and thats why only boruto can use it.Also byakugan in not something that you can use ,it requires training,Thats why he cant use efficiently and thats why boruto is only one.And toneri modified Bolt eye.Pinn it down Admin!!!
