I wouldn’t be concerned about Eri, she can’t control her power, she doesn’t even know how to press the off button, which makes her useless. You can have all the power in the world, but if you don’t know how to use it or you can’t use it, it’s useless. As for why Deku changed the future, it’s because he’s human. Human’s override fate and can break all rules to do the impossible. This trait has been turned into a cliche, but it is still a trait of humanity.

I just realized that people call Eri utterly broken and then look at The Hulk and Doctor Strange and Superman and be like, "Nope. Totally legit and not broken at all. Can even run their own comic book series and not be regarded as totally broken and bullshit characters." Dude, of course there’s gonna be some freakishly powerful quirks out there. So what if one of the quirks manifested in a little girl? She’s gone through years of mental and physical TORTURE. Fuck yeah let her be powerful. And no, I don’t think this is going to "break" the story. If Superman is able to still have conflict in his stories and still exist, then so can fucking Eri. Holy shit people.

So, either Shigaraki manages to convert Overhaul into working for him (thus getting a healer for his party), steals the Quirk-destroyer bullets and effectively gets an unlimited supply courtesy of Twice’s quirk, or Toga kidnaps Eri for the League. Any one of those is a huge win for the League of Villains, let alone if they manage to pull off two or all of them.

This arc was good, the only real problem that i desliked in the end is that Night Eye should be dead ad fuck now, but he keeps breathing and talking. Other than that the conclussion was interesting, this reminded me of the On Piece arcs a lot by how it went through.

Well I wouldn’t say it was Izuku who changed the future. It was more like that Eri changed the future. Without her presence, I think we can all agree, Deku would have died in this fight.
And it makes totally sense that she tips the scale here since her quirk "rewinds" people and therefore messes with time itself in some way.

I think it makes sense that Eri’s "Rewind" would’ve changed nighteye’s prediction since time itself is being turned back around her. Right now it is annoying but if Horikoshi explains it by using the reasoning that Nighteye can’t see events where Eri is involved then it could make sense

Honestly, I think Deku twisting the future even thou it was a cliche was a good choice. Because night eye also predicted that All Might will die, and yes Deku said he was gonna twist fate but now he’s actually done it. He now has hope that he has a chance to do the same with all might. Making that entire situation more unpredictable and possibly even more horrifying if he can’t.

I was kinda disappointed with this ending but I liked that at least Sir Nighteye’s quirk was given kind of a power ceiling because it was just too OP in my opinion.

To be honest this was a shitty way to handle this. If Overhaul killed him then eri put him back together but not completely I would respect. However it looks like a izuku too out a badass villain that could dissemble someone with a touch without consequences…Disappointing. Hopefully Horokoshi can make things better with Shigaraki.

The thing that I kinda like about eri is that in reality if everyone is born with powers then there will be some broken people those who just have a unrivaled power and yes it hurts the plot of the anime but at the same time I say that is shows that in this world some people have been born with tremendous power and it’s up to them and the people around them to help mold how they use it

im wondering, are they eventually taking the remaining eight precepts to the place where All-For-One is kept at? shirgaraki did say that all one needs to win shogi is to take the king (mangastream), and the league of villain’s king is technically All-For-One, with shirgaraki as the prince, are they going to go rescue sensei? will we see All-For-One (the quirk) be given to tomura?

With the way Deku looks so damaged from his fight with Overhaul, I’m kind of expecting Deku to falter in becoming a hero in the next arc. It’s highly likely he’s going to be out of commission for the next arc & he’s going to have to face the fact that using 100% is still beyond his reach without relying on medical help all the time. If Deku has his selfish moment of almost quitting as a hero, I really wouldn’t blame him and it really just would be a good reminder to us that, after he unlocked 100% full cowl, he’s still a kid at the end of the day – he can’t carry out a man’s entire legacy without a bit of maturity and wisdom.
