So the perspective is like lost song except a little bit closer when fighting but the gameplay is kind of like hollow realization

Looks like Eugeo is keeping his guard up all the time as you can see from the damages that Kirito can barely scratch him, exept when he uses Vorpal Strike. If I get it right, it says at the beginning of the battle to use that move to break his guard?

I can see they added qte which is really good especially when you consider that this is NOT an MMORPG game but a simulation which is more accurate to the source material.

Looks steller right now, though for some reason I feel like Kirito’s attacks are slower than Eugeo’s, who’s in a full set on armor

I feel like this game should take a note from Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. The combat in that game is super solid. However, I like what I saw

Hm I don’t know if I really like what I see here.
The combat doesn’t really look that interesting, I’d prefer a bit more movement during the fight not just basically standing around throwing attacks at each other.
Maybe this first inpression isn’t a good representation of what’s to come combat-wise, I kinda hope so.

Okay this gameplay looks amazing
I quite liked the one we got from the stream but this looks alot better especially with the faster gameplay
