There’s really a difference between constructive criticism and trash talk. I’m putting it out first that I quiet like SAO (although not my favorite)
First of all, you went into this presuming it was going to be shitty even tho you haven’t even watch it yet, ofc it’s going to be shitty, it’s stuck in your unconsciousness. It’s what happen when you dive into things being prejudice from the get go. Something you shouldn’t do when you want to critique. Secondly, I agree that the anime came out pretty unsatisfying but the novel had every action explained, yes even when kirito thought he had a sword in real life that’s because since SAO ended he was having an identity crisis and defining/questioning the reality of his ‘strength’ throughout the rest of the series. Not because he can’t differentiate. I’m not saying you should read or research but since it’s an ‘anime’ review which could be said to be a completely different thing maybe discuss things you feel isn’t good about the anime in a manner that’s more convincing and more like a review

Maybe ya’ll should watch the other season’s to understand why he is even there and then would understand that NOBODY knows at that point in the show what is going on either. It’s like Once Upon a Time; you have to watch a few episodes to understand what is actually happening. HAVE A NICE DAY

Appreciate the genuine review. You could probably convey your opinion more often, even if you dont display those particular scenes. Also the dude who was just bagging on every little detail was honest.. but i mean come on bro. It’s an anime series that took a lot of hits back in the day. This season so far has been phenomenal in my opinion. I do see some awkward points but, it’s anime logic so lay off the constant negative comments. Ranmy you’re a goof for immediately judging the entire series off of the first episode. The part where Kirito stabbed him with the umbrella was pretty over the top though. The thing where he reaches for his sword is understandable if you consider that was his literal way of life when he was trapped in sao. I agree with Kirito having obvious plot armour. As far as the relationship stuff goes hopefully it progresses further or just stops. Either way not a bad review. Just try to stay more open minded about the way this season could progress as it could end up being 50 episodes with interesting content and development.
