The whole stealing of takedowns makes sense when you think for a second. When fighting a villian you should be capable of taking advantage of any opening to take them out, wether that opening was created intentionaly or through chance shouldn’t really effect that. Plus it tests one’s ability to take advantage of the actions of the heroes you are working with on the fly, even if you aren’t familiar with them.

1% is a mistranslation or a typo. What Tsuyu said was “that’s less than 1/10”. The actual rate is 6.5%, so she is right.

The pass rate was just bad math. 100/1500 is most definitely not 1%. It’s about 6-7%, which is much lower than the 50% the students throw out, but certainly isn’t the 1% they end on either.
Also, on the point of KO stealing on the last target, we see pros do this from the very first episode when Mt Lady jacks Kamui Woods’ W.

I really liked the buildup of this arc and I cannot wait to see all the abilities of these other class members from different countries.
