I’ve never been a huge Toga fan. I saw her as an effective villain, but the yandere thing just doesn’t appeal to me. Her interaction with Twice here raised her up a step, though.

Seeing how Nighteye has to compensate for his quirk when it comes to combat, I wonder if he had to go through high hurdles to become a hero like Shinsou. It would actually be cool to see them interact.

shigaraki is a dead villain or near dead, there’s no tension building around him anymore, after all for one was put away he become side villain, doubt he’ll have any special power up.

Don’t forget Overhaul’s group does care about each other. Remember in Suneater’s fight he used that fact against them in order to defeat those 3 expendables. Overhaul may not care, but his subordinates do.

Chill with calling her best girl if anything she could contend to be best yandera in a manga but that’s all. Twice has more than a few connections to Deadpool. Even the way his eyes are presented is very reminiscent of Deadpool. You can tell it’s a respectful homage instead of a ripoff.

The heroes in this series are people who conform to society and benefit from that conformity despite the flaws with the system for the greater good. The League of Villains are outcasts who don’t fit in to that society and seek to destroy the present, which is a reversal of other shounen series where the heroes change the corrupted status quo.

This chapter was AMAZING!! The villains have their own dreams and desire to be accepted as we learn in chapter 115 but here, they also care for those who are not just their companions, but their friends, like Twice feeling guilty over Magne’s death.
Seriously, Horikoshi is a master, this chapter make me feel empathy for the villains, he make them look more human, Toga was adorable with Twice (possible ship? How old is he?) their have doubts about Shiggy, but they know he is as a leader who can fullfil their dreams and acept them for who their are.
Now, regarding some other things in the chapter, Deku realised that Camie was Toga and is aware the villains are trying something more complex, Sir Nighteye is ripped, damn! I like how he use items from companies to fight, reminds me of the oneshot of this series.

It seems like the League of Villains is comparable to the Phantom Troupe, in terms of their characterization. The only difference is that the members of the League of Villains have their own intentions, while the Spiders serve a person and a philosophy other than themselves.

This chapter made go like ‘Dang I really feel bad for these characters’. Shiguraki definitely is stepping up to become a real character. This 3 on 1 battle is gonna be insane, I am really nervous right now because anything can happen at this point. Sir is literally a freaking boss, he should’ve been the Number 2 Hero! You better watch out Overhaul, because you are gonna get your behind kick.
