Deku DOES have a mask, its just that for whatever reason despite having it on his hero costume he NEVER FUCKING WEARS it, probably cause the editors of the manga didn’t want the hero of the manga to hide his face

Their education is being sped up because a lot of villains are beginning to rise up and not many heroes out on the field. They decided this after UA got attacked by the villains and realizing their lack of heroes to arrive to the scene

Instead of focusing ofa in his arm he spreads ofa in his entire body

In the manga Deku visualizes jumping up the wall as Mega Man X. One of several game references across the series! (Others include Dragon Quest and Grand Theft Auto)

Why do you watch anime in English voice? You lose the real pleasure without the Japanese voice .. I hope to turn to the Japanese voice and thank you

What Deku meant when he said that he shouldn’t turn his power off isn’t to put continuous strain on his body. When he was jumping in the alleyway, he encountered the problem that turning on one for all takes too much time. Since he’s been blasting it off at 100% all the time, he hasn’t realized that at 5%, there is no repercussions for leaving it on as long as he wants. So when he started jumping, he could have turned on one for all in his arms and legs before leaving the ground and skipped over the need to “switch faster” entirely.
TL;DR turning on one for all at 5% is like putting on a helmet. You don’t take it off whenever somebody isn’t attacking your head, you leave it on the whole time because it’s a waste of time to take it off and on again.

Best Jeanist is definitely a person who can make incredible use of their quirk. Controlling textiles (fabrics and the like) is actually incredibly versatile in the modern world. Its also scarily accessible as seen against Bakugo.

This episode is one of my favourites as deku learns how to use one for all in way that I didn’t expect 1st time round but makes so much sense once you think about it.

Deli isn’t using OFA all the time. He’s using it throughout his entire body rather than just focusing it in one part. It allows him to use the power without having to think about it to much. This turns out to be a big upgrade for deku

Horikoshi ( The author of the series) is a huge Star Wars fan, so Gran Torino is based on Yoda, and that scene at the beginning when he plays dumb with Deku is a reference to the Empire Strikes Back when Luke meets Yoda for the first time

It wasn’t explained very well but what Deku meant was that instead of suddenly unleashing bursts of power in his limbs, he should channel it throughout his entire body for the entire fight so that it puts less strain and doesn’t break those limbs.

Well he doesn’t need to use it ALL the time, just when hes about to fight or use his quirk for something else.

He is only using a percentage of his powers throughout his body, if he used its full power then he would break his body like he always does. Also, yes it should gradually increase as he gets better and better with it. There is one point in the future where he forgets about his body being used to it and when he realizes it he gets a big percentage boost that he can use over his whole body.

What Izuku means is to control One For All throughout his entire body when he is fighting, instead of using just his arms or just his legs.

Some clarifications:
-Shoto is being the bigger man here in choosing his father’s agency, but not because is his father, but because he is the 2nd best hero, and he is ranked so high for a reason, so he has a lot he can learn there
-What Izuku means when he says that others had over a decade of practice on their quirks is comparing not with other One for All users, but with quirks users in general. Your quirk normally shows up when you’re little, like around 4 or so. So over the years, you end up getting used to it and practicing with it. But because Deku didn’t have a quirk till recently, he has to get accostumed to this new quirk and practice it to get to the same level, if not higher, in an incredibly smaller frame of time than others.
-When Izuku said that he had to keep it on, he meant when he has to use it, like in a fight for example. Normally he turns on in a finger or hand, punches it, then turns off. But if he keeps it throughout his body, he can spread the energy instead of focusing it in one spot, and he can have faster reactions when doing multiple moves in sequence since he doesn’t go through the process of turning off then back on again.
Fun fact: the part where you compared to spider-man, Izuku is actually thinking on wall jumping like Megaman in the manga

Izuku is only using One For All in the specific body parts he needs it at the exact moment like a hand or his feet. Izuku now is distributing the power throughout his whole body. The thinking part slows him down, he needs to react immediately. Normally he decides which body part the Quirk has to be used in, concentrate the Quirk into said body part, then reacts. Now he uses the Quirk in his entire body and reacts normally. During the wall jumping for example he didn’t have enough time to visualize One For All in his arms after jumping so he crashed into the wall. By having the power already distributed everywhere then he could’ve just used his arms immediately after jumping without having to think about it.

I know the mask looks silly, but I’m rather annoyed Midoriya doesn’t always wear the mask when in his hero costume. In fact he barely ever does.

Hey, another awesome reaction 🙂 Just one thing I’ve noticed, it seems like all of your vids are pretty quiet. It’s not a huge deal since I can always just crank up my volume, but just thought I’d give a little feedback :p looking forward to you catching up with the series

Todoroki went for Endeavor’s agency because even though he despises his father, he also sees that he can learn a lot from the number 2 hero.

0:53 It’s not just their notoriety as UA Students fighting off a villain attack that has advanced their training and their curriculum. Remember, the principal and all the UA staff are part of the select group of heroes who know about All Might’s injury, and his limited time he can maintain his heroic form. No one knows how much longer All Might can continue to uphold hero society as the Symbol Of Peace, so they’re pushing the students ever harder; knowing that they will have to be the best in order to, one day, shoulder the burden of a world without All Might.

Yea Deku was not born with his quirk like one normally would, unlike his classmates who basically have grown up with their quirks, Deku has to learn how to manage one of the strongest quirks ever from scratch, while at the same time become better then everyone else . It”s gonna be though.

while deku is busy with controling one for all here are the what the other class 1A students with their internships and what they are working.
Uraraka’s busy mastering her hand to hand combat and that will help her be more useful with her quirk when villains are pinned to the ground.
best Jeanist is teaching bakugoh to be a gentlemen when it comes to communication with the people around him.
Tetsu and Karishima are in a internship with the hero forth kind helping them with their endurance and their toughness.
Momo and Kendo are interning with pro hero Uwabami and that was a mistake on Momo and kendo’s part because all that Uwabami can teach them does not involve their quirk it just making them look presentible in hero work.
JIro is busy working on her stamina and using her quirk to help with hearing people that are trapped in hot spots.
this is funny mineta picked Mt.Lady because he wanted to be a pervert but ends up becoming Mt. Lady’s own personal housekeeper LOL.
and Shoto picked his dad not because he was forced to but he picked his dad only to work on his fire side of his quirk.

Just to clarify Gran Torino saying that All Might is a bad teacher because he didn’t teach Deku any better alternatives to using OFA than breaking his bones.
