When Armin says "avenge him!" Or "avenge that suicidal bastard!" The word that Armin uses as the pronoun is (shinisogi yaro/quick to die bastard) which is a pun/insult/nickname that armin, Reiner and especially Jean used for eren. This is a very specific nickname that armin used that only a few people would understand the meaning of and who it refers to. And what I’ll say is that Armin is smart and knows stuff often before the audience can piece it together, and he did this intentionally.

The Steam from Reiner’s head was the Female Titan’s blood evaporating.. it’s got nothing to do with Reiner. This was shown before on Levi and Hanje when they were killing Titans. The Titan blood evaporated when exposed.
Notice that Reiner wasn’t hurt? If Reiner was hurt and if Reiner did have Eren’s power, it would have taken a lot longer to heal than just in an instant. The female Titan didn’t hurt Reiner and he used his blades to slice himself out.
Don’t you ever accuse Best Boy to be a Titan shifter >:(

I rewatched this series up to the episode im on and now have a better understanding of whats going on. Ill be talking about it in eps 19 but now that i rewatch my reaction here I missed a few things because i was forgetting some knowledge that was said in previous episodes. The downside of not binging this show and watching every so often is i tend to forget little bits of detail so thats why i thought the rewatch would help. Thanks for watching my reactions and I hope you all have an amazing day!

Rewatching AoT shows that it gave a ton of clues for later on that you didn’t realize until knowing what happens later. Tons of info to process in this episode anyway so definitely worth a rewatch.

You get such a confused stare when Armin is talking. All you gotta know is that Armin is a genius and while he seems to be saying random things, he’s putting puzzle pieces together in his mind and you won’t understand any of it until it blows your mind with the eventual reveal of what his conclusions are.
