This was actually really well put together. I’m impressed that you were able to pull of a full amv based solely around Near especially considering he doesn’t appear in as many episodes as like a Light or a L. The concept was solid too having Near represent Cry Baby, Mello as the brother, Misa/Light as the parents. You also did a good job of matching up scenes that relate to the lyrics as well. Near playing with his toys (Dolls) was the icing on the cake for me lol. But yeah great job on this and sorry for the long comment. Keep up the great work.

This was such a marvelous AMV and the song fits Near perfectly. The boy is awesome – he’s my second favorite character, and I just find him to be really kawaii….

This AMV is AWESOME!!! I don’t know why so many people hate Near, but he is my most favourite character. He’s complex, and he didn’t have a chance to show everyone who he really is in the manga or anime. Near was only 17, yet he had to give up his youth to be the greatest detective in the world. I feel sad for him.
Anyway, you did a great job :))) (and please forgive me for my poor English. I’m Vietnamese).

Amazing AMV! It’s well put together. Near is like my favorite character from the show! I have hair kinda like him so I received the nickname Near from my friends who are also fans of the show XD one of my Friends is L.

And in my interpretation that’s rather fitting in terms of that’s what someone would be likely to tell Near. Noone ever minds people not having familiies when they "need" to talk their topics and issues and are like "You won’t tell anyone, you’re trustworthy. Look, that’s how horrible my case honestly is.". I mean, c’mon how abusive is it to train kids in children’s home to solve other folks’ cases? Very abusive. It’s like "Let’s pay people to train some highly talented people more intelligent than them anyway (isolation can do that to people) who were less fortunate, to have the sense in life we decide for them to be a good one, as it benefits… us." At least they got toys and candy. I’ve forgotten about whether Near gets paid as well in this. He solved the fucking case it was about all the time, right?
