Looks like a ton of commenters don’t know what the channel’s about. Which is fine. As for a score, I give that an 8. I’m not a big Naruto or Boruto fan, but the fights are definitely solid. And as for the folks who are mad about them not knowing the characters and such, the point of the channel is to watch clips that get them hyped without needing context. It’s not a typical "reaction" channel. The clips should stand on their own without the need for context.
