I’m really glad you didn’t watch the trailers and knew nothing about this season before watching episode 1. You aren’t supposed to get most of what was going on at the beginning, you’re actually supposed to be baffled and say "what the frick am I watching?", so you did great.
The OP is heavily loaded with spoilers. You might wanna skip it from now on, so that your brain doesn’t get to process all the spoilers that were just thrown at you. Have fun!

I agree with you change the angle because between Kirito and that guy it looked so sexual lol. SAO isn’t my favorite anime but I enjoy watching it. Yes I’m happy Sinon is in this & Asuna being in some shooting action.

The idea of compressing time while in the virtual world would be a dream come true for a lot of gamers, turning 10 minutes into hours or even longer! On the other hand, multiplayer would be difficult with a system like that…

Its not the older brother. Older brother and Shinkawa were captured at the end of ggo events. XaXa, the older brother is in jail, while Shinkawa is in psych ward. But it ended with kirito realizing there were not two but three deathguns – two laughing coffin members and a brother, because single accomplice could not have killed people living so far apart. And the third one who is on the run left him a message saying he will meet him soon.

the story it simple if u isekai fans.. i think it will be kirito will dying cus that injection and make his soul transfer to alice world thing, and start live and advanture…. classic isekai rencarnation.

It takes place 2 months after Ordinal Scale movie, so Kirito is still 17 and Asuna is 18.

I really hope they continue that last scene in the next episode and not leave it as a cliffhanger because they can do that too.
