I really liked how they showed young Allmight with open eyes. Allmight being the scrawny sickly guy that he is, i think isn’t a reflection of how he naturally looks, but the side effects of losing One For All. Imagine that he’s naturally a wooden log and with One For All he’s a blazing fire, but after losing that fire… he’s just the burnt ashes that remain.

The way he buffs up is something he explained way back at the beginning of the series, basically that’s just him flexing to maintain his physique. The scrawny appearance was just a consequence of being injured by All For One, the muscular form was his normal look back in the day( as you can see in the trailer).
One For All simply made it easier for him to stay like that, now he can only do it for a couple seconds.

His one for all Just doesnt give him super strength it buffs up his body to I’m pretty sure. i could’ve sworn they said it in the show. But All Might was born quirkiness like madoriya and the skinny form is how he looked like before he had the quirk given to him. I could be completely wrong so if someone wants to correct me be my guess

The movie is Confirmed to be cannon by the Author and takes place right before season 3 episode 2, that’s why All Might can use one for all in the film just to clear things up for y’all.

The muscle form was his original body, but after being badly injured by All for One in the past, he was reduced to that scrawny form. Now he has to use One for All in order to temporarily regain his original form. After the recent fight with All for One though, most of the embers of One for All burned out. That’s why he can barely maintain his muscle form.
