I think All Might’s eyes in his Young Age are representative of how he was once a, literal, wide eyed young hero full of idealism and perhaps some naivete. His normally shadowed eyes are representative of the trials he’s had to endure as a hero and how he has lost some of that naivete after experiencing the pain and darkness of true evil such as All for One. But none the less he never lost his ideals and even he realizes the darkness that exists in the world he always has a glimmer of true hope, which is why we can at times still see some shine of blue in his shadowed eyes.
