I noticed that Bakugo’s Hero name has not yet been revealed. And Midoriya’s hero name is what Bakugo always called him. Do you think that maybe,his hero name will end up being Kacchan , just like Midoriya calls him? Deku means can’t do anything, and can do something depending on how you use it, and Kacchan sounds a bit like Katsu which means Win. If you wanna steal this awesome theory please mention you heard it here first ^_^

For those of you who can’t understand
(This is not accurate and some of it may be wrong but this is my interpretations
In the beginning deku is talking about since all might’s retirement, crime rates have gone up and it’s getting out of hand
Second part: Mirio is talking about how far and strong all of you (students have come), and that you will become true heroes
Deku then talks about how everyone is training to be at the very top.
Sir Nighteye: talks about what is necessary for a hero and that you can’t always have things go your way
Overhaul: talks about how right now he could defeat everyone in the league of villians
Tomura: says “whatever your intentions may be”
Eri: says to deku “I don’t want to go”
Mirio: then talks about how the costume effects the quirk and that you’re all heroes
Sirnighteye: then talks about even if you are scared you still have to fight and that there is always darkness

Well let me tell you, that vulture guy’s name is Overhaul. His quirk is something that you should see for yourself (for the most fun). and he will have a huge impact on league of villains as he is the main villain of season 4. IM pretty sure he’s on par with tomura if not stronger. in a 1v1 battle atleast.
