My Hero Academia: Far From Home | Anime Teaser Trailer (MHA, Spider-Man & Code Geass MASHUP)
So yep, Lelouch is Mysterio! I had some difficulty trying to figure out exactly who I wanted, and tried my best to use a villain from MHA, but none of them fit except Dabi kind of but he doesn’t even have much scenes in the anime yet and I didn’t want to be grasping for clips. So I decided that I have to go outside of the franchise and use one of my favorite anime characters, Lelouch. I however, was not expecting Mysterio to be more hands on which Lelouch is not at all lol luckily his Knightmare will be of good use. Anyways, hope you all enjoy!

Hmmmm with how quick you were able to get this out I am now finding it kind of weird how that second captain marvel/sailor moon trailer never materalized but maybe that’s just me but yeah this is really solid. Honestly if the anime were up to it I think Gentle would of also been a good choice for Mysterio (granted you’d have to edit out who he was fighting for this trailer but… knowing Sony they are going to do another trailer revealing Mysterio is a bad guy thus will be fighting Spider Man thus you’d get to put in a Deku fight) but yeah we’re probably a couple of years away from that so like Overhaul for Homecoming there is a good use of a villain from MHA but unlike a lot of the other series you use MHA isn’t done yet thus a lot of it’s characters and antagonists even from the manga aren’t really useable. So I think it works having Lelouche here. The rest honestly feels pretty seemless (Ida as Ned especially the clip where he was sleeping nailed it) as honestly if Backugo didn’t have powers and lived in a world with secret identities… that would be the Backugo/Deku relationship as honestly him just saying to Deku "What’s up dickwad" feels totally 100% in character for him.
