The final showdown between All Might and All For One is under way! Kacchan is still being held up by the villains, but Deku seems to have come up with a plan to grab him and get out without fighting!

This is just a theory.
One for All holders have number in their name.
Shimura nana, nana is Japanese 7.
Yagi Toshinori, Ya is 8.
Midoriya Izuku, Ku is 9.
And Izuku is 9th holder.
Now we can guess 10th holder if you find person has number.
Then Shimura Tenko, ten is 10….

The needing permission thing – It’s never really explained in the show, but after quirks appeared, a new core legal principle was created – unless you’re a pro hero, you don’t use quirks to harm other people, period. At this point it’s basically a taboo for them, it’s the rule that allowed civilization to continue, and they take it very seriously.

Seeing All For One caring for Shigaraki and the rest of the league instead of being the typical Villain Boss that just kill his subordinates when they do something wrong it really felt fresh and different, if the previous apearance of the LOV in the training camp don’t make you like or love them, then this and the previous episode definetly make you feel at least pity for Tomura.
And Another thing… You can call "Sensei" to All For One, because of the fact that we currently don’t know his real name, so for practical reason you can call him Sensei (like Shigaraki call him always) and then you can refer only to the Quirk as All For One.

Gran Torino mentioned Shimura’s name a few times early in season 2, so it’s no surprise many miss the reference when Shigaraki’s called by an alternate name, but great catch noticing when they flipped it back around here!

It’s kind of amazing to see how All Might and All For One are opposites in so many ways. Of course, hero versus villain on one side, but on an entirely different note: All For One is an understanding, patient, and capable teacher, and All Might can’t really grasp the idea of teaching and thus ends up needing quite a lot of help when it comes to teaching.

Stain saved many people by killing and maiming a few. That didn’t make it right. It is much harder to be a good guy than a bad guy. A good guy must abide by the laws and rules, even if they disagree or don’t like them. A bad guy does not have this limit.
