The thing about All Might’s punch on Gran Torino, All For One used a power called Impact Recoil on that punch, that’s why it didn’t damage Gran Torino too much and that’s why All Might lost the first sleeve of his costume with that punch, I think OFA just wanted to play around with All Might at first.

The part when All Might was thinking about Shigaraki in the dub was the only thing that annoyed me. In the sub, he said "What have I done?" showing that he felt guilty about what he had done to Shigaraki in the first season as well as in the bar. In the dub, what he said kinda devoid him of any responsibility. But that’s just my opinion.

The reason why the reveal that all mights’s master is hand guy’s grandmother is that all might was taught to save those in trouble, so when he learns that hand guy was just manipulated from the beginning, he feels like he’s failed his master

One For All is a combination of Transfer and Stockpile. Stockpile works like a battery storing and releasing energy. Apparently when the quirk is transferred, the stockpiled energy remains. And All Might just used the last of the remaining energy. What a way to end his career, though.
