Nomu’s shock absorption had nothing to do with deku not breaking his arm
In his fight with bakugo he hit nothing but air and still managed to break his arm
Shock absorption means that he is resistant to shock, it doesn’t cancel out the impact on deku hitting him

In the case for Mineta, the objective for the entrance exam was to immobilize the robots, not destroy them, the author said that he simply used his sticky balls to incapacitate the robots. By the way, there’s 25 episodes for this season as well as the next
