Btw Rob was wrong the other guys were right. In the manga what Todoroki is thinking when aizawa asks him if he’s not going to fight while the others are getting all beaten up, is "you all can curl up in a ball" as in, he knows he’s gonna get bodied so he watches the others get their asses handed to them while telling aizawa that the reason he’s not fighting is bc he doesn’t have his license (they’re at school they don’t need it.)
PS manga Todoroki is super sassy.

Funny thing is, Bakugo and Todoroki COULD HAVE changed the outcome of the fight. So could Deku if he wasn’t so obsessed with his new shoot style. Mirio has to be weak to area of effect moves, as when he attacks he has to have at least one body part unchanged so he can deal damage, so honestly if Deku used a smash on the ground, if Bakugo detonated himself, or if Todoroki put out his fire all around himself, they all could have done something. But nah Deku decides to keep trying to kick the guy who can clearly faze through things for some reason

The thing is that shouto doesn’t need to have a licence to fight him with the others because they were in school and being supervised by a teacher. Like in the first ep they couldn’t use they’re quicks because they won’t supervised but because they were in school they were allowed to use their quicks.
