Never saw this anime cause my mind was filled with finding romance anime and manga. Recommend Senryu Girl for anyone to read a romance manga. Don’t worry its a story of one guy and girl. No reverse harem I promise.

It’s actually surprisingly poor. I’d never heard of it and saw the trailer and thought it looked really cool but when actually watching it, it’s terrible, such a shame.

ps: after finishing this anime, it is an okay anime but a bit overrated and overhyped, the fights are bland and the animation(not the art style) is not smooth.

the design and detail is very good but the boxing itself is underwhelming…… the jabs looks nothing like a jab no snap…. the punches felt light was expecting it to have more impact with them wearing tech…. counters look bad cause the camera doesn’t show it… overall the most important part of the anime is where they fail the boxing part

So… I watched the whole anime in one day as, of course, it ended months ago and I just have to say a couple of things: first, I can’t understand why no one is talking about it or has talked about it, I meant it’s really a good anime but I saw no one talking about it, it’s pretty sad; second, I loved it! I’m an anime/manga fan and I especially love sports anime/manga and seeing an anime about box was something that I missed; third, I’d really like to know what other people thought about Megalo Box, as I don’t know anyone that has watched it amd I’d like to see if everyone enjoyed as I did; forth, well, I seriously loved the ending, it’s something that I expected of course, but not like that, I mean, it was incredible, you couldn’t really understand who won the final round till the very end of the episode and it was really good in my opinion!

Having made it to the 10th episode I can say that the series is in fact on par with it’s deadline of 13 episodes, but I don’t want it to end, I wish they could do a second season XD.

I loved megaloboxing the first and following episode were great even tho I’m not old(early teens) I love old anime’s like mobile suit gundam unicorn, gurren lagon, casshern dins etc. and the art style brought me back to the day when I was a kid staying up all night waiting for toonami to come on and all these older anime’s carved a path for me as a kid and this anime gave me great joy when I watched it especially the outro music kakatte koi yo was a marvelous piece

The music was badass
The one liners that go with the music (joe meeting yuri for the first time)
The story line was cool
The animation and art style
And the fights were simply not that good
As an anime it’s not bad
And I respect it’s your opinion but it’s just abit funny u downplaying hajime no ippo and kuroko no basket that have great animation and fighting/action
